i have no clue how to maneuver through IRC
if it's any help, I use www.mibbit.com for IRC which is unbelievably straight-forward web based irc client (I use it - nuff said - I'm a light-weight, what can I say ). I like the paste bin and file upload, and for someone who only started using irc 'full time' for BTYC, it was an easy solution for me...
just enter irc.chat-solutions.org as an 'other' server or add it to your 'my channels' list and #iamblind as the channel...
Tex...

I find it rather interesting, how many people sign up the forum without knowing what that all is about lol..

I suggest that more people join us for discussion on IRC because the page count in here is quickly getting out of control..... IMO
Using simply this (I think) original link: http://www.chat-solutions.org/chat/ and then typing in /join #iamblind also works. There is a "Helpful Commands List" to assist and leaving one space between "/join" and "#" is essential.

What about that address that was received in the package? Someone said a few pages back that it was in the Gold Ward zone. Are we supposed to go there to find some more clues like the Blind Center?

Received my package yesterday, but haven't had a chance to take pictures. I'll make sure to post something to the pool later.

My guess is that the code will be three letters.

Ah geez, thanks.
Even the blind can help!
Just hope it works.
And my one thought about a code in the shipment and the C3 in APV message, perhaps the guy that got 3 pairs of glasses instead of 2 has some code in his package? I dunno. Just a thought.

Just chiming in - my package contained the same things as most; two pairs of the glasses, the white I am blind postcard with braille, and the return envelope.
There wasn't a blue sticker on the back as some people mentioned was on theirs.
Oh yeah, and the stamps were manually whited out.
I will run an experiment. As of yet I am not on the infected list. This is the only place I've mentioned receiving a package. If I show up on the list we'll know everyone who got a package is automagically infected. If I don't show up on the list, we'll know that receiving the package doesn't infect you. I believe I've only posted one or two comments over there under Heard.
