The site is hosted by 1&1 Internet. Site name registered over a year ago. Funny, WITG is hosted by the same company.

Yikes, first time since LCP I have given my phone number to a game.
Now aliens are going to call me.
Edit:
Also, the 'we will contact you page' has a title that says "Trust yourself. You know more than you think you do."

I signed up too. I like the idea that I know more than I think I do. Evidence proves the contrary, though.

Ran the trailhead image (proof_is_coming.jpg) through Camoflage and found a stegged file with out p/w entitled "shame_on_you.txt". When opened it's a longish binary msg which decodes as:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
*tsk tsk*
I would have thought better of you
Finding the truth will be easy...
Not this easy.
Might I suggest some light reading to further your education
Try Dr. Donald M. Howzer
Humbly Yours,
E

yeah I think the 'light reading' has to do with getting the /further subfolder from the ascii art in the source.
Though I'd think viewing the source would be easier than de-camoflaging the image. *shrug*

What the heck...I haven't really done an ARG since the ill-fated Wyoming Incident, and my life is due for a little excitement.
Filling out the info boxes.
But none of those weird "probes", please. I know how you aliens roll...

Love the icon and quote. */randomnerdysquee*
Edit: So my post isn't so very much off topic:
There is no "Dr. Donald M. Howzer" with that spelling that I can find on google. Tried anagrams and rot-ing as well, nothing is really jumping out at me.
