Okay, after trying to scratch off the white out, we think what's written on the upper stamp is "VCF" or possibly "CoF." The neighbors say there's definitely a V at the beginning. It's hard to read even with a loupe (I couldn't get my hands on a decent magnifying glass), but that seems to be the consensus of opinion. It wouldn't scratch off easily and some of it smeared. Here's the scan for your perusal.

I got an email from the mod of the I am Blind group asking me to make public the Gold Ward photos that I got from teh flash drive from the Braille Center.

They were public but becasue of Flickr's blocks my photos only show up to people who are logged on to Flickr.

So I have reposted the photos under my wifes acct Eurotrash67 so now they should show up to everyone

I hope that makes sense....
