Well the only thing I've come up with is that somehow using the directions on the compass (e.g. N-E = l_ ), apply them to the lines we've already been given and a digital time will appear. I can't get anything to fit however.

Like you already showed, N-E = L, the other compass directions for me look like the letters V I A, except for the cross-member in the A. The digits supplied look like letters in reverse. LIFE or FILE scrambled.

I was also toying with the idea that the digital watch is malfunctioning and only parts of the numbers were showing. With that, trying to figure out the possiblilities of each digit, then eliminating the possiblities to make each digit unique.

Or maybe the compass directions locate missing crystals from the digits. e.g. NW is the upper left line.

EDIT: I've discovered part of the answer. Here is a hint.
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Imagine the full digit filled in, looking like an 8. Add the missing parts.

So I have filled in the missing sections of the digital watch, but where do the compass directions come into it?

Q18

Ok, I am still having trouble with 18.

And I can't seem to post the correct instructions here. When I do they get all messed up. So I have written them down in a .txt file and a screen shot of my puzzle.

Can someone help me figure this out?

EDIT- I found out I have to some how apply the numbers to the phrase above the numbers...now I am completely lost.

They form a set of letters, which may or may not be a word.

Mavado, try this...

Begin 127, move right 2, to 194
Delete 194, 137, 116, 151, _ .
Jump to end. move left 5 to 17.
Delete 17, 22, 50, 17, 26.
Jump to 127. move right 2 to 28.
Delete 28. You're now on 48.
Move right 1 to _ .
Delete _, 41, 14, 26.
This leaves 127, 136, 48, 55.

I could be wrong, but I think it will work.

I am having some issues on question 22. I get the concept and I "know" what I'm looking for and the order to go in, but...
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
I cannot find anything that matches the TO part of the quote. Maybe I'm just overthinking?

And, BTW thanks to adventurik and magnet0 on the spacing for #18. Couldn't figure out what I could be doing wrong and came here to the smart people and that was the final push I needed.

Is Question 22 the one with the tiles that you click on? If so, this hint may help. If not, sorry for wasting time with this post.:

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Try looking for something else to represent TO. Maybe another spelling of the word

Q25

Q25 is up now. Mine is the following set of letters:

DFZBQSSUGI

It has a HIGH difficulty rating, which is still not the toughest.

I'm guessing it's a simple substitution, but I'm not good with code.

I'm guessing that the letters for Q25 are NOT a simple substitution. Although small, how many 10 letter words would fit the pattern of letters that Adventurik shows. There must be some other method of retrieving the answer.

Just for the record, I didn't help much with that one. Magnet0 and Kie-yeo did a lot more than I.

Try this:
http://www.blisstonia.com/software/WebDecrypto/index.php

In default mode, it comes up with 58 possible words.

Q25

Here is my Q25.

Quote:

Looks like the letter count is different, I get 12. If it is a straight letter subtitution, then the messages (clues) are different. Is the puzzle creator anticipating cooperation amoung players?

Rogi, that is an amazing tool. If that is the correct method, I wonder how you pick the right one. There must be more to this.

Neat tool

but it didn't give me any thing in default mode. Got a bunch of options in "spaces" mode.

Thoughts:
How many single 12 letter words are there?
If multiple words, how many and what is the letter that is the space character *if it has been encoded*
Why does my head hurt?
