It seems as though distortion is following our trail, consuming the spirits we find if we can't help them to "freedom".
I don't know if it's too late for Mona, but could it be that her hex masterpiece was the fulleye image on /equinox?
Could someone post that image on the Craig's list? Take a screen shot, and email it to Mona?

Just in case it helps I've turned the eye.jpg into a Hex shape and sent it to Mona yet not by any standard a masterpiece.

That new audio on the equinox page is awfuly freaky. "Love the distortion" is not the audio I was hoping for. Lets hope Mona can cut through Uncle D one more time...

I keep listening to that sound clip hoping to find some other message in it, but no luck. All I'm getting is "we/you love the distortion," some evil-sounding laughter, and some roaring/screaming-ish noises (If you turn the clip backwards, the last scream sort of sounds like "help" but not very clearly and it might be wishful thinking on my part). =/

So now what?

I feel like we should try to find more pages/people before D gets to them, but I'm not sure where to look. I've tried adding various extensions to the URLs, but nothing I've tried so far has worked.

I'm pretty sure I caught the "he enslaves me." Let me run this through with a few pitch and speed adjustments and see if I can get anything to come out more clearly. There were more words there, I'm pretty sure, but I can't make out what they were.

Click the link for a slightly clearer version of the clip with Mona's words. Sorry it's not an mp3. My sound program only wanted to give me a wav. Anyway, there is definitely something after "he enslaves me" but I still can't make it out through the pig screams. See what you can get out of this.

My ears so far get: "He enslaves me, he (garble) me."

Maybe you can turn that garble into a word(s?).

OK, about as clean as it gets attached. First two phrases I believe are "Do not feed the beast. He enslaved me." Haven't quite made out the last phrase yet - maybe "He's in my plane."

The last phrase might be "receive my plea" which is something we've heard Mona say before.
