If it's a game, the fact that the guy clearly does not care one whit about violating the ToS pretty much ruins it for me. Doing it once I can forgive as an "oops" moment, but doing it again after it being pointed out? Yeah, sorry but no.

Sorry for the bit of thread necromancy here but I'm new to this phenomena. Also, I joined this message board strictly for this purpose.

This Terry Wagar thing has me dumbfounded. I can't tell what the real deal is but strangely enough there happens to be a Terry and subsequently Joan Wagar living in Portland Oregon.

Updates:

Oregon's "Oregon Health Plan" is fairly accessible and effective for people with mental problems.

Portland, Oregon is host to a large amount of users and traffic in meth, pot, and LSD.

Portland, Oregon is known for long periods of rain and a lack of sunshine, and can often cause depressive and other mental deviations in those unable to adapt.

(The previous are all pretty factual, but the point is that it tends to lead to wacko people being more common and prominent. The joke is the number of them in the Portland area as a result.)
