Can we get a mod to get rid of the excess threads please? All that does is clutter up N&R horribly. Subthreads can be made once we are moved.
ETA: I created a superstruct this morning. It deals with teaching communities how to work with the resources they have and create community gardens. I am looking for other superstructs to partner with. Anyone got a good alternative energy ss they started up? Any other ideas are welcome too. We are called Food for the People. and can be found here:

I deleted the topics myself and made my own forum. See, I can be cooperative and find a middle ground. Smile

I only have "Power Stuggle" as a Superthreat on the Forum at the moment. However, if over the next few days the forum actually sees some action I will add the others there as well.

Their set-up over there is a little disorientating for me as I am unfamiliar with it. So, I made my own.

Anywho, if you are involved in the "Power Struggle" Superthreat, I would love to see you on the boards. I'll be working out any bugs as I go.

Is there a way to see all already created superstructs? I keep seeing the new ones but not a list of all of them to look at.

Other than posting a link here or going through the list of 1774 players one by tedious one... no, it doesn't look like there is. I would imagine that a good majority of people have created a SuperStruct, which makes creating a new one illogical since all you would end up with are a bunch of individuals with a SuperStruct of their own. The same can be said with topic discussions, since they only list the top ones (unless I am missing something somewhere).

This is why I was having such a problem navigating their site in order to try and move this thing forward without spamming a whole bunch of people with "Hey, I created a new SuperStruct, why don't you join" PMs.

But I guess they want you to work for your reward, so I would suggest a couple of things here: 1) Go through all of the 1774 members and get them or their SuperStruct to join you in your quest or; 2) use this forum as it's own SuperStruct to try and get people talking about the issues. But, as you have already suggested, I would wait until this has it's own section before trying to create any sort of organization out of the chaos that is our own misunderstanding at the moment. Smile

I feel like this is really dragging, which is odd considering who is behind it and the importance of the issues at hand. I would really like to push this thing forward but my attempts thus far have met a wall, so I shall resist from here on out and let others take the lead. Then again, maybe that's just me.

Remember though. Even when it is obivous that playing Superstruct is like herding cats...Calm Down.

At the begining of the game, the world was supposed to end in 2040's.

When I first logged in this morning, the death date is 2058.

Now, it's 2060.

We're going to win Superstruct. It's only a matter of time.

Darn it, you make one forum and suddenly everyone is following suit. Well, at least I was among the first, maybe Smile

This sure is ending up to be much harder than I believe anyone intended it to be. I am wondering, perhaps, if we (and by "we" I mean "us Uf members") should just band together, join each others Superstructs and start working towards some sort of conclusion toward this thing. Just an observation/suggestion. Maybe agree upon a forum to use (the one that I made sucks, so maybe the other one that was posted is a good place to start) and just begin trying to make progress? I dunno.

What I do know, though, is that this stalemate is killing me.

EDIT: From reading the Facebook forums it seems like there actually IS a way to see all of the SuperStructs made by people... apparently there is a "show all" (or "see all") link that will show you all of the Superstructs. I have yet to find it, but I'm sure it's there since I haven't really looked.

EDIT2: Figured it out... click on the "SuperStruct" button on the top right (should be green). Then, on the left side of the page, about halfway down, is "Show All" in big green letters. That will show you all of the SuperStructs if you click on it.

At least it doesn't show more than a couple Superstructures to me.

Shadom, it doesn't go to a new page or open a new window. The window above the 'show all' button will refresh itself and fill with all known superstructures. It took some help from the powers that be in SS land to get me to figure that out Smile
