Does this message follow the same standard as the previous ones, ie convert and use 5 6 or 7 digit conversions? Or is this a new beast entirely?

wow. Speedy.
Does that mean we are going to get alot of defective ones or did OMM fix production before setting it to 4x speed?

The mods are still in the fab, and there was no mention of them detecting defective PB848s, so I think they are producing faulty units at 4x speed. Yay! Chaos ensues!

Wonder what's next, though... perhaps Sen will lend us a hand now?

Caleb, thanks for solving the code!
It is a six-digit VW code, but with a twist.
It begins at 11=a (hence the numbers 11 in VW binary before and after "Fliter Rotation"). Then it uses only 5 numbers at a time, and skips five numbers. 11=a, 12=b, etc, but 21=f. etc. Very confusing!
I'll try to post a revised 6-digit solver soon.

The PM's are trying to confuse us with the VW codes I reckon, cause we are working them out to fast!!
Especially you Don and Caleb!!
You two are invaluable to our cause.
Let the chaos commence!!

Yeah, thanks a lot guys!
Just out of curiosity, how did you figure it out this time Caleb? I was working on the first line and saw the repition of snd erd 6th and 7th letters as well as first and fourth, used a crossword solver and it came up with some silly word acciaccature, it wasn't able to do two words at a time unfortunately.
I wonder what 265 stands for in the title. Thanks for explaining what X5 was!

5x5 Caleb beat me by a few minutes last night (well done!) but here is the explanation of the code. The 5x5 is the give away, if you write the alphabet in a 5x5 grid, then indicate a letter by row and column you get:
a=11, b=12, c=13, d=14, e=15, f=21, g=22, ..., y=55 (no z)
which are the numbers you get when you substitute 0,1 for W,V.

I didn't even think of the grid idea.
BTW: Please don't give me too much credit. Caleb & Stormalong have solved all the codes. I just put the methods in writting.
