From my talk with Sam a little while ago, it seems Aglaura has really been
going through some unusual times, not the least of which has been the people
who have flooded the town via e-mail, phone, and even in person, in response to
my mass e-mail for assistance. But he also said that there have been other
people, strangers, in Aglaura, asking questions about me and what happened to
me and Diana and Meaghan, people who Sam said didn't seem like friends or with
much interest in helping. God, I miss Diana and Meaghan so much. It just
doesn't seem real that they might be actually gone, out of my life forever.
But listen, I need a few days to try and catch up on everything and figure out
exactly what's going on and where I go from here. Despite releasing me from
Klepsydra, Michelle, Dr. Kendra, has promised to try and help me deal with the
feelings and thoughts I'm having as I go through this period of "grief", as
part of an AfterCare program. I can tell she still doesn't believe my story
entirely, and I guess I can't honestly blame her for that, but I'm convinced
that there may be something in my thoughts or memories that can help me figure
out what has happened. I'm hoping that the hypnosis she suggested may help
uncover some things or details my conscious mind hasn't been capable of sorting
out so far.
I still have some other serious problems I need to deal with too, as most of
you are probably aware from reading the Online Diary I had posted a while ago.
I probably shouldn't have written some of the things I did and potentially
involved some of you with the situation and people I am dealing with about
finances. But I honestly wasn't thinking too clearly at the time. Please, don't
try and involve yourselves into this area of my problems; these are not people
you do not want knowing about you and concerned that you might interfere in
their business. All that stuff seems somewhat irrelevant now anyway, since
losing my family. What else do I have to lose at this point?
One last thing - Right after the accident, I spent a lot of time researching
everything I could that might help me understand what had happened, both on the
Internet and in several different local libraries. I found some very
interesting stuff and pieces of potential helpful information spread out
through various cultures and disciplines, from ancient alchemy and mythology to
modern theories of quantum mechanics and string theory. It almost seems as if
there is some pattern there that I can almost but not quite see, some meaning
just right beyond my ability to comprehend. I tried to contact some of the
people and potential sources for information I found, as well as pursuing some
other leads supplied by another friend of mine, Wes Keeler, who has some
intimate knowledge of strange and unusual events and things. At least one of
these contacts has yielded a potential positive contact; hopefully more will
also in the near future. I'm going to try and get some of this information
online in a format that people trying to help me can access too as soon as
possible. Finally, I need to get back over to Ash Grove Park as soon as I can.
There was a man who approached me there, a fortuneteller calling
himself "Digitalis", who said some things to me that make me think he's somehow
involved in all this. I need to talk to him and ask him some questions.
Thanks again for all your help. I can't begin to explain to you what your
belief in me and efforts on my behalf have meant to me through this terrible
time.

so digitalis isn't the Wish. there was some information from dale, that the Wish had six fingers too, which made digitalis a prime suspect, but dale obviously has seen digitalis and doesn't indicate that he is the Wish. so now there are two six-fingered beings in the game.

A request

With the IM names for Dale, I think it might be a great help if anyone sees him online to create an IM chat room (I know this is possible with AIM, I believe Yahoo too) that way we can focus our efforts and not force him to deal with humerous chat windows at once.

Yes, a chat room can be created in Yahoo. It can be public (leaving it open) or a private chat room is created by one person who then sends invites and it is opens only for his/her friends. If Dale is planning that, make sure you are on his friends list.

Nice thought, RPG, but the AIM and Yahoo chat rooms may have been selected because of the registration info provided by players (not everyone has mIRC or goes into UF's java chat).

All synthasiadale has to do is create the Yahoo (or AIM) room and then invite all who have added him to their friend's list. This probably gives the PM more control.

PS. How do you know that the PM isn't already hanging out in #CTW some times?
