Hey, I've tried to play catch up on this, so forgive me if you've already been here and done that, but;

Has anyone been directed to this website yet? "Rob Bell on Saving Christians"

http://www.relevantmagazine.com/god_article.php?id=7569

It's an article about the book..

There's a hidden message in bold among the text.. I've followed the instructions in the message, and am awaiting a reply...

yup, that was posted a few pages back... welcome to uf, salvocat! Wink
good work on finding that yourself though.

the result is the same as the puzzle with the book's endnotes (analyze them if you want to figure it out yourself =)

you should get an auto-reply momentarily if you followed the instructions right.

ETA: on that note - I received my copy of the book yesterday. heee! (and blogged it)

I just figured out that it's another way in.

Good luck everyone!

p.s. told you I was new to this, sorry about creating a new topic by accident!

I searched on the Post Office website, and you do get a hit if you search for Spokane Valley, WA. It lists the following ZIP codes:

99206
99211 (PO BOX)
99212
99213 (PO BOX)
99214 (PO BOX)
99215 (PO BOX)
99216

motris's first string can nearly be parsed as WIL DAWES HAS (something). I'll bet we're supposed to report Wilford Dawes (from the "About Us" page) in an intemperate act, as soon as that last part is straightened out...

[ETA]
Hah! Got it!

Flowers:
Weather -> Heather
rIse -> rOse
daiLy -> daiSy

Jewelry:
lockeD -> lockeT
pAn -> pIn
Warring -> Earring

Money:
bEck -> bUck
Sent -> Cent
Hound -> Pound

Capitals:
bArn -> bErn
Some -> Rome
parTs -> parIs

Insects:
rEach -> rOach
miNe -> miTe
anD -> anT

Codes:
moUse -> moRse
arIa -> arEa
Sip -> Zip

Wil Dawes has ten DUIs. Reported!

Excellent! Great work aaarizpe on the list and good finish Projectyl. Did you put it in the COV Report Intemperance box? What happened?

ETA - This also seems to confirm the structure for the inspirations - the six daily ones will work in a "meta puzzle" sense to help us crack the weekly inspiration. Those will give us someone doing an IN-XXXXXXX Act.

Way to go Projectyl! I actually had miNe->miTe earlier, but discarded it when I learned that a mite was an arachnid

It took me to the same generic "Thank you for being a Virtu-Volunteer!" page as usual. (I've tried it as "Wil Dawes has ten DUIs" and "wildaweshastenduis" so far.)

I wonder...

Why would the name of tabby's mom be hidden in the floor plan of the camp?
Shouldn't that be hidden in a connection from the girl as part of the girl reaching out?

I had the same intuitive question, revsleestaxx. My thinking is that the blueprint is somewhat hand-drawn except for the font and so maybe Tabitha found a way to hide a new copy of a blueprint on the website.

White Pages - Erin Cole

Hi all, i spent last night catching up on all of this and am ready to jump in and help.

Not sure if this confirms anything but I did a Google White Pages search and did find an Erin Cole in Spokane, WA

If we really do need to send a post card to this person, she exists.

Hi all.

Thanks to Projectyl and this board, I am as caught up as I am going to be.

Some awfully nice puzzling going on here, both in setting and solving! Hope I'll have something to contribute in a timely way.

Savannah's status
Wil's "Drink Tank"

For anyone who's not a friend of Savannah's on FaceBook, her status as of a few hours ago:
"Savannah is dealing with a human relations... issue. Sigh."

Wonder who....er what that could be about? Laughing

ObObservation:
Most Bible quotes have referred to The New International Version, but the two on the About Us page seem to come from different versions. According to biblegateway.com, the Bible quote at the top matches KJV, and the one in Grace's bio matches the New Century Version. Why the inconsistency?
