 		In chat with Signal Antenna, I said Ignis, and he said Igns - so I threw him 'Infernal Fire' and he prompt that was more or less how he understood it..

listen, heres what i CAN tell you about the Journal:
it was located in a state park near oxford, (about 3 miles away from it), i can answer questions about the journal itself, but not the author. I can't answer questions in regards to my organization, and I cannot answer questions about how we 'came across' it.

theres a state park near oxford on the map, its more of north than west of Oxford though. 3.5 milish distance

 		Wait... what's going on here? I thought it was an unwritten rule that UF was too OOG to "count". Like, even if the message was System Wide, they aren't supposed to referance what goes on here IG, right?

Taking a stab at this
Antenna added me to his friends list on Messenger last night, so I'm going to go ahead and take a stab at this. I'm nervous cuz it's my first one!

OK!

Note: I did a search on prisons/jails in Oxford, nothing, so I'm probably wrong.

Scan 0006: it looks like a map. In art we've been learning about contour drawings, and the sort of ripply looking lines at the left side of the page look like a river. I'm not sure what the complicated signs could represent. Beside the "river" is a symbol like /\/\/\/\ which makes me think of how I draw grass. The symbol that is all lines and sort of like an (X with an underline under it looks like it could represent a barbed wire fence. However, it makes me wonder if it's about a prison? That would explain the rows of people with the gallows. That would also explain the desire to hide half his text with symbols as well. Also there's a tiny little "Z" on the hanged man. Perhaps he's slated to die? On death row maybe? Trout me if it sounds presumptuous.

Side note: On the scan001 where he says "three voices but unheard" a tiny little factoid about the numbers " 3 8 9" september 3rd, 2008, according to NASA: "The minimum Sun-Earth-Probe (SEP) angle of 1.67 deg occurred today. This is solar conjunction, and is the time of greatest interference from the Sun on Cassini's telecommunications link." Which is sort of interesting, probably unrelated cuz the numbers dont match EXACTLY. However, on the same page:
The symbol on the left of the three below the Ankh/signature etc. looks like a boat from the very front. The middle sort of looks like a building falling to one side, and the third looks like a mushroom cloud. Doomsday perhaps? Also, Peal Harbor marked the beginning of WWII and thus the "Manhattan Project" related?

It's interesting that the "Z" makes you think he might be on death row, as that "Z" symbol (or similar ones) have appeared on almost all the other pages. Do you know anything specifically about that symbol that makes you think that, or is it just a hunch?

 		It's pretty much just a hunch. That's the way he signs all his papers. So if it really is a prison, then that would have been him at the gallows. Further research into it, though, shows no prisons or jails in Oxford, and I don't see any that are around a river. The problem is that unless he's a God or a ghost, then how did he keep writing papers after this? I assume this isn't the last page since Antenna still has a 100-something contacts to go through. thus the death row idea; he knows he's going to die, or someone has a hit on him.

Also, I have another idea on Scan001. The symbol in the middle between the Ankh and the Crook and Flail is probably Horus. Found this on wikkipedia article, under Horus the younger: "He is a form of the rising sun, representing its earliest light." BLAGH I cant not tell you. Antenna didn't say too much about it when I proposed divine intervention except "maybe".
Also, what happened at Yellowstone that the journal foretold? I googled "Bombing of Yellowstone" with nothing but that there's a volcano under it that's like a ticking time bomb. Just a misinterpretation?

What incredibly bad form! I know that I personally never got a warning from him not to share whatever he gave me, so what the heck's the problem here. Not to mention, this is an OOG forum. An IG character is not supposed to have any recognition that we're here discussing it.

I'm outraged by proxy and also will no longer be participating in this game.

 		I was also never told that anything had to be kept confidential. I didn't receive the threatening letter but I did get an IM saying "you lied" and when I asked about what he never responded. I'm off to find a game by someone who respects the TOS. Confused

Technically, it's not a TOS violation, it's just bad form. Here I am trying to immerse myself in the game, and the PM tells me that I posted his journal on an OOG site, (which isn't supposed to exist in his world) This just didn't sit well with me. I don't want to influence others if this is the kind of "experience" you want, it's just not my cup of tea.
