definitely belongs here. Seems our little "not-quite-experimental-rock-and-electronica-band" failed in their (separatist?) attempt. The video n the first page is a sort of documental (failed to understand most of it, my neighbour decided 17:00 is a GREAT time to use his fricking electric SAW). It seems they're opening up to the world. And the USSR is still in effect here (I just hope it's not a Red Alert ARG).

The "about page also has a lot of Russian. Anyone fluent enough to make sense of it? I don't think this is meant to be translated by a machine, but rather understood, seems to be a sentence.

I got the e-mail too. Thanks to the power of Google, I found that the Ministry of Information Technologies and Communication appears to be a real Russian government agency (article here) but couldn't find anything that related to a trade agreement between the US and Russia.
