[EMAIL] To Charles RE: His visit

If Charles is going to CMH, I might as well make an attempt to meet up with him if/when he goes...

Hi Charles!

Excellent work on the site man - I was really excited to see that you put some of my photos up alongside yours. I'm glad you liked them.

I have a question for you. I recently made a return trip to CMH but didn't really learn anything new or find anything exciting, mainly because construction was going on everywhere and it was hard to get around, especially for someone who is not very familiar with the area. I saw in your latest update that you're planning a return trip soon - is there any chance you'd like to meet up during your visit? I would love to tour the campus with someone who knows the area better than myself, and to hear some of your impressions of what's going on there.

I'm free most evenings, so I think it would be easy for us to schedule a time that is mutually acceptable. Please let me know if you're interested! Talk to you soon...

As discussed in another thread, try to get mor einfo on Old Todd.

If you don't meet up and he goes on his own, what happens if he disappears???

Then we lose a potentially VERY valuable source of information. I hate to refer to the old guy in such a demeaning way, but it is nonetheless very true.

Hmm, did anyone think to show him the DreamProjector video that appeared to be of the CMH site?

We definitely want to keep an eye on him though, and watch for signs of the malady that struck his landlady, incase it wasn't a natural phenomenon.

Hello there Mr. Dishman!

I apologize for the delay, but in addition to keeping up with my email,
this week was our big Cribbage tournament at the center. I was only
able to just find enough time to post a quick update to the site. Mind
you I did win 4 nice T-bone steaks in the tournament!

I had meant to thank you again for the use of your pictures, there have
been a lot of compliments on them! And although I'm not sure when my
next trip will be, I will definitely keep your offer of touring the
campus together, in mind. I love nothing better than to prattle on
about the history of Cambridge.

Oh and by the way, the construction/demolition you mentioned at
Cambridge is forever ongoing it seems, so please be very careful if you
should again venture out, especially unescorted. I wouldn't want you
falling down a hole or something.

Charles
