I'll be at Macon!

Daden here, first time registered post, though I have been lurking for a while. I'll be at the 083.720501,32.812838 Macon, Georgia, United States 10:29 PDT (which I assume is Pacfic Standard Time, which would make the local time 2:29.) I also assume this is in the afternoon. Anyway, I will be there at 2:29 in the afternoon, hopefully something interesting will happen!

If my times are wrong or you yourself are going to the location, please drop me a line at DadenSPLATfrontiernet.net

Sorry,
I can't sign in as a user. This is not my computer and my roommate
hasn't called his tech support to get his email working.
I've been around here since the Halo2 trailer though and would like
to help.
I live in Everett Wa., and could go south towards Seattle or north
towards Bellingham. What do you need?

here we go, i guess

i know there is a debate occurring on whether or not we are supposed to show up to the coordinates on August 24th...

While I agree it's unlikely the same interaction will occur at all of these places, I will nevertheless show up at 40.757145 and -73.98724 in New York, New York on Tuesday......

just in case something cool happens, wouldn't want to miss it. Besides, no one seems to have signed up for this site yet.

I figure, if there isn't a WIFI connection there (which www.wififinder.com has confirmed there isn't) then I'll pop into a Starbucks and see what's happening.

suggestions for Viirden

Viirden,

There is one pretty close to you in Stanwood, and two farther north in Bellingham. Unfortunately, timing won't allow you to make it to all three.

I have been trying to recruit someone in Bellingham to make it to the spots there, but no luck yet.

The easy choice would be Stanwood at 17:31. It is line number 203 on the latest version of the spreadsheet.

All the Seattle sites seem to be covered. I will probably show up at some of them even though I'll be redundant.

philadelphia location

I'll be in the Phildaelphia coordinate. Bringing a simple audio recorder (if it gets here in time) and my GPS... so I should be pretty accurate...

So I'll be at 39.951054, -75.153517 at 8:31:00 PDT, 12:31:00 EST.

Has anyone signed up for the 32.778333 -096.807433 coord, in Dallas, Texas? That's the one paired with mine... This better be worth it. Taking off work. ; )

I am now personally convinced that we're looking for payphones in these locations. Check out this thread and this website and try to find a phone that matches your location(s). I'm 4 for 4, and it seems that other people are having similar luck.

I'm going to try and hit all the Dallas points.

Well Dorkmaster, unless something changes with the coordinate, I got the thumbs up to head out from work on Tuesday for 2 hours. I'll be with Setzer at

43.075049 -089.398353
08:51 PDT

or 10:51 CDT. I know it's already covered, but I'm gonna be there, so I figured it couldn't hurt to check in.

New York City People!

This is a repeated plea for anyone in the New York area to please PM me so that some coordination can be made to hit all necessary sites. As fast as I am, I can tell you for a fact that I can not get from 60th and 9th Ave to 14th and 1st Ave in under 9 minutes. Similarly, getting from Washington Square Park to 40th and 5th Ave in under 6 minutes isn't in the cards. Thus, any help that can be given in covering one place from each of these pairs is not just greatly appreciated, it is necessary to cover all 7 sites on manhattan.

Pleaes PM me! Someone!

With regards,

Ian Whalen

Re: [INFO] WHO's GOING WHERE, AND WHEN?

Given that it looks as if there are multiple pay phones at each of the Burbank locations, you can now officially put me down to double-up with MrBabyMan that afternoon just in case. (Those are the two coordinates at 4:03 p.m. and 5:15 p.m., by the way.)

Hey all, waiting for my registration to go through, but until then, thought I'd post what locations I'd be at.
8:39
9:17
14:26
and 17:43. All of them in Salt Lake City, and all ridiculously close to my work. Also, I know for a FACT that one of those GPS points is right on top of a pay phone, I drive by it every night and wonder "Why is there a pay phone there??"

[quote="Dorkmaster"]Ok, Here's the Phil as of 10:45 PDT. There's more people, and less space, but we still have a long way to go. Let's keep it coming!

I am new and just posted to the wrong forum! Sorry. I repeat here:

I belive that I can make the Davis, CA location. It is uncorrected in the Phil I downloaded this morning. On the Trynomics site it is:

13:17 PDT - -121.743038,38.543151 | Davis, California, United States

I belived that I have missed something. Is it Tues., Aug. 24 (after "Wide awake and physical) at the listed time that everyone thinks we are supposed to be there? That is if this is the purpose.javascript:emoticon('')

It is a real pain not being able to get to the Wiki!

Thanks for the Phil Dorkmaster!

Ah, then I shall repeat the sin and repost my response here as well. Mr. Green

Yes, Tuesday is the date we are expecting the "axons" to "go hot." It's been years since I lived in Davis -- what's at that location again?

One more thing, after checking the Payphone directory, there are definitely pay phones at each of the locations I will be checking Smile
