Cloverfield in Eagle Eye?!?!?

So I went and saw eagle eye this weekend (good flick by the way) and while i was hanging out to see if something was after the credits, I saw that one of the credits was something crediting paramount pictures for cloverfield. I didn't see anything in the film, but i was just wondering if anyone else knew why that credit would have been there.

Anywho good to be back on here for the first time in a while.

hey there, i saw eagle eye on friday and it was awesome (despite Shia LeBeouf) i didnt stay long for the credits but, paramount owns dreamworks so they might had a small part on working on the film

Actually i found shia a lot less annoying in this film than he has been in most/all of his other films. And more than anything i just found it really interesting not that paramount was mentioned, but that cloverfield was mentioned specifically as what paramount was being credited for. More than likely it was just playing on some random t.v. in the background but if anyone knows for sure i would like to know. or if someone is going to be seeing eagle eye soon, just make sure that you keep your eyes peeled for where it was in the movie.

Great, now I want to see this movie just to see where it pops up. Was the scene in the background of the monster or just a random scene?

Yeah, it was playing on a tv in the background of the electronics store. I got pretty excited when I saw it and semi-yelled "That was Cloverfield!"
Very Happy
I just like seeing Cloverfield stuff everywhere.
