I recieved emails from both Shawn and Amelia on the 29th Oct. Both emails were standard "Help me" emails same as all of yours when this first started.
So, I guess I am in too.

That particular site (notawebsite) Has been around a long, long time though and totally predates the ARG.
So how sure are we this has anything to do w/ the guys trapped? (I'm specifically talking about the most recent findings, not the site itself).
Edit: It's been a little while since we've had communication, so I decided to send an ominous email to the three of them.
Quote:
Hey,
It's Leyton... How are you this morning/afternoon? One thing I've meant to ask you, do you have absolutely any concept of what the date and/or time is where you are right now?
Anything interesting to report? Noises, objects such as vents/cameras etc?
How are you right now, for food and water?
Get back to us A.S.A.P,
-L.S

Damn, it's been around for years! I hadn't realised that. I suppose there is a tenuous possibility that the section of the site described earlier with the numbers and primary colours is being used as a clue, but I'm not convinced. Ah well, on with the game!

That's true, but there must be SOME reason why it was bookmarked on the laptop. Something to do with the wallpaper, perhaps?
I'm going to email all 3 of them just to check in also. Has anyone else talked to Jane recently? Lately I've gotten nothing from her.

Regarding Jane; Shawn is seeing the table in Jane's room as being tipped over and the key is on the floor, right? Sounds like Jane may have taken a tumble after all.

That key/table is in the corridor outside of Jane's room. - She'd already gotten the key before deciding to stand on the chair, to check the ventilation shaft.

Cool game! OK so I've read all the pages and up to speed... May I join? I suppose at some point I should contact the 3 captives and introduce myself and see if I can get any information out of them.. Can someone please reply with their respective e-mail addresses?
On a different note, I keep seeing how people are getting contacted by different ARG's when they first get started.. How are PMs finding you guys when they first want to get started?
Thanks for the info, I'm a little new to this...

Thanks! I look forward to participating... I'll re-read the thread and reply with any thoughts.. I'll also check in with the captives..
I'm in the US, by the way, so perhaps timing-wise things could be different since several of you seem to be in a different time zone...

Whether or not it's related, the NotAWebsite site is intriguing.
I can't take the credit for "hello" as I found that on another site. I, however, did take it further and was stumped with the painting. My friend tried the artist's name with fruitless results.
Anyone want to take a stab?
I'm thinking about joining this game, but I don't know if I can. I don't have a lot of time! In the mean time, I'll just continue to read about these people. Any news? Or are all of you guys asleep?
I, too, am in the US.

can't find anything to login with just yet.
"password" goes to the wiki page though.
"start" goes to a personal site.
