[SPEC] possible new cat image on contact page?

I've been mapping the site daily to see if anything new goes up. I noticed today that on the contact me site, the gif of the cat that runs back and forth under the email has now been corrupted. the image is now named untitled.bmp

I searched it in note pad but it comes up as boxes, or characters that my computer cant recognize... anyone else wanna look into it?

(edit: it was untitled.bmp not .jpg)

It looks the same to me actually, still comes up as na-cat.gif in the source and when I try to view it. I suspect the bmp thing is from you trying to save the image locally...using IE right?

If you want to prevent it, you have to clean out your cookies and files. Afterward you should be able to save normally again.

It's strange: I was thinking about the cat picture just the other day. I'd found what appeared to be at least three versions of na-cat.gif:

the uncorrupted one,
the corrupted one which only shows two frames,
and an animated one with corrupted colours.

Also, it appears that the background picture changes from white to dark grey occasionally when I refresh the page. They both still have the same filename, BEEBACKG.gif.

Curses! I can't seem to get the version of na-cat.gif with corrupted colours to appear again. Maybe it's gone now.

But I have managed to save a copy of the corrupted .gif - and yes, there appears to be text concealed in it. I'll post again when I have the text.

The corrupted na-cat.gif hides:

All the notes you sent!
You are all the very best
Thanks for chatting, lots!

It's a haiku from the princess, so it's trout. (http://bees.netninja.com/wiki/index.php?title=Phase_3-Princess_Monologue)

The corrupt background page has also been discovered; It's another haiku, "eight - there is the queen"

Close, but not close enough.
Sad
