OK so - I'm not sure why Ellen Freeh only posted one of the videos on the "intranet" site, but there are two more which were previously mentioned but I don't believe were linked:

The video posted on the "intranet" was the 3rd in that series.

 		Sweet! I'm so printing out a sheet of those.

I'd also like to note that even though the address is listed as "5210 S. Grand Avenue Los Angeles, CA 90070" the only address similar is in area code 90037 and is a residential neighborhood.

Are you inputting to the "Client Access Only" field and then clicking the "Enter" button at the top right of the page? If you are, don't Very Happy that field & button have nothing to do with generating your cards.
Instead: Fill out the "Your Name" field and click the "Generate Your cards" button.
