Anyone have any leads on where these specific smileys might be from? To me, that feels like the starting point.

http://www.emofaces.com looks promising... The first two appear to be "Black belt" and "Cloud #9".

Nice job. Please be sure to post the full list as soon as you (or whoever is tracking them down) have them! I don't see any reason to duplicate efforts here...

What I have so far, with uncapitalized, indented ones being ones I haven't found yet, and capitalized ones being official names from the site:

EDIT: ToddE's list below is probably a better source.

I believe the final one is Monk.
ETA: And "mountie" is Canadian Mountie.
ETA: And "teddy bear" is Teddy Bear Toy.
ETA: And "no mouth" is Dumb.
ETA: And "goatee" is Goatee. (I feel so proud.)
ETA: And "big glasses" is Safety Goggles.
ETA: And "anarchy" is Anarchist.

Where are you finding, for example, Monk and Goatee? They don't show up on the A-Z listing, and though they show up in an appropriate search, clicking on them gives a 404.

When I do a search in the box at the top of the website, it shows those emoticons, and they seem to be identical to the ones used on the CoV Job List page. I can't explain why some of them lead to 404s, but there doesn't seem to be any question that the images are the same.

I think you're right -- that is Warm Weather and not Monk. (At this size, it can be tough to tell.)

ETA: http://www.emofaces.com/wallpaper/1024x768/emoticons-selection-yellow.jpg has more. I think the one you list as "Almost" may be "Basic".

OK, so here's my revised list:

Black Belt
Cloud Nine
Moose
Dumb
Confused
Anarchist
Basic?
Extreme
Canadian Mountie
Goatee
Teddy Bear Toy
Almost
Safety Goggles
Footballing
Eek
It Wasn't me
Monocle
Reading Glasses
Recycle
Warm Weather

I think that is close to being correct.

No solves, but some observations

I just watched the Diligence video a couple of times and wanted to mention some things that may be important but... might not be also Smile

The hands of poker the guys drop.
Guy on the left:
3 of hearts
Ace of spades
7 of diamonds
5 of hearts
6 of clubs

Guy on the right:
5 of diamonds
Queen of clubs
7 of clubs
9 of hearts
7 of spades

The pot:
5 blue chips, 2 red and 5 white

There is a white box on the table with hand written capital letters: M I R

When Bryson is whittling away at the piece of wood, the box of poker chips looks like the letter "O" was manipulated in some way. To me it looks like it says "PCKER CHIPS"

That's all I have for now!

Today's DI:

Quote:
What do you need explained?
Call for Daniel, and he will tell
you what the writing means.

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
The second sentence is pulled directly from Daniel 5:12:

He did this because Daniel, whom the king called Belteshazzar, was found to have a keen mind and knowledge and understanding, and also the ability to interpret dreams, explain riddles and solve difficult problems. Call for Daniel, and he will tell you what the writing means."

The first sentence of the DI is what we need to answer, and the thing he's specifically referred to as explaining in this verse is RIDDLES.

I'm NOT crazy

The Sparr0w wrote:
I noticed in the video that the woman actually dials 1-888-648-4788, the main virtue number instead of the one on the screen, 645

Ok, someone please tell me (and TheSparr0w) that we're not crazy and confirm that the Humility video did have "645" on the VSN screen. It now says 648!

Re: the Diligence video, I think we're done with it. There's some pretty odd things in it, but we've already found a message (presumably "TITLE PAGES") and I believe every video so far has contained only one clue/message. Except for maybe Humility ("AURORA") all have been immediately applicable to puzzles in the website materials. Though I can't figure out how "TITLE PAGES" applies to any of the chained disciple stuff.
