 		It looks like "Fou" something, but I don't think it's foucalt. it looks as if there may be a "r" in it.

I can see what you mean, but to me it looks like there's layers of graffiti here - I see (in relatively heavy lines) "Fx", which is written on top of something else beneath it. (Not that "Fx" is very meaningful either but that's how it looks to me.)

I am also curious about that cartoonish drawing in blue that occupies the right side of the image... looks like the exaggerated profile of a clown or a witch, facing left. (Note the curly hair, big rounded nose and chin.) Maybe holding a cigarette? Can't make much sense of those lines there.

 		Since we're Speccing about the Graffiti, here's mine:

Three of the pics on Cambridge Mental have red graffiti of about the same hue.

Therefore, he will be the most helpful in understanding the mystery that seems to point to them. We need to "talk" to him somehow, which seems impossible at the moment.

 		I completely rescind my previous spec that Old Todd lives in the tunnels. Nothing lives in the tunnels. The tunnels are the resonant chambers that allow the infrasound to permeate the site.

Read this and I think you'll agree with me. This would be why the construction specifics were important.

Check out The first page of the stories section of CMH site and it says:

when the air is still, it is said that you can still hear the anguished moans and footsteps of the insane once institutionalized within Cambridge.


A picture from a patient suggests the idea of something broadcasting negatively to them.

Next question: Was Cambridge built specifically to create this infrasound event, or was it a sad accident?

For the record, I'd suggest the artwork is more of an electroshock reference.

Not saying you're wrong though - that's a very compelling argument you've got there.
