My friend linked me this site which he supposedly got from the SA forums.

I live in Milwaukee and none of that footage was shot here. Calling the number gives an oddly ARG-ish sounding message. This looks to be somewhat high quality and has a very ARG-ish feel to it.

 		wow. that was weird. It's a mixture of "Tim and Eric Awesome Show, Great Job!" style satire with a horrific scifi story.

Let's see...from what i can gather, Black Star created something that destroyed Milwaukee and they buried it under the "Canning District". Now they want to repopulate Milwaukee.

The zip code in the address is real, and is actually for Milwaukee. "God Seed" seems to be a novel by David J. Roger.

 		The lyrics to the song at the end are written at the bottom and it spells godseed as Go.D.S.E.E.D. for whatever that's worth. Also, if you pause at 1:42 you can read where some kid lost his father to Blackstar.

I also did a Whois on the site and came up with zero.

That's the account that uploaded the video. He last logged in 36 minutes ago. He joined YouTube on Tuesday, so this thing is very new.

 		WOW. That was a crazy video. I e-mailed the tourism commission and asked for information on taking Blackstar up on their offer to pay for my relocation. I'll post the response if I get one...

The park is Central Park.

The Circle Line boat is New York.

computer animation
During the Teen section is shows an orange on black animation showing how to get around milwaukee.

Shows a flare gun killing the godseed right before somehing starts coming down from the sky and gets cut off.
