I googled for TSitscomingSPLATyahoo.com
and google still has an old cache of the site.

At that point (feb 5th), the web page claimed that "2/10/2003 Is the day...it comes ".

When I look at the entries from Feb 28th and March 4th, I don't see much new information.
So unless "it comes" means that he uploads the map, I haven't got a clue.
