[OT] This is fun! This is my first ARG, and I have to say that I'm having a blast! I'm just chomping at the bit to see what Melissa has in store for us. I used to play (pen & paper) RPG's back in the day, but this is quickly blowing away any campaign I've ever played. I think that you guys might have a hard time getting rid of me here at the Unforum

I feel the same way. I just feel that I don't have anything to contribute. I don't like wild speculation, and everyone seems to beat me to the pertinent stuff.
But I'm enjoying it, nonetheless.

It's not us you have to worry about. The Operator's far more likely to get rid of you. Permanently.

I am feeling very similar, but I believe that once I get used to his kind of game a little more, I will be able to contribute more. After all this kind of thing is so different from any other kind of game that there is no way someone new to it could automatically understand everything. Also, I do love speculation as long as I understand what's going on, and that it isn't "too" wild.
Just thought I would throw in my two cents.

This is my first ARG also, and I love it! LOL, my only complaint is that it's almost a little too addictive; I've honestly never encountered a timekiller of this magnitude before, and I'm already having to force myself to stay away from this site and not think about bees in order to get any work done

I sort of feel like that too, but I think it's mostly because I came into this late and had to spend a lot of time just getting up to speed. Plus I suck at math. I'm more of an literary person, which is probably why the 'wild speculation' part has been so much fun for me! I love trying to piece the story together from all the little bits and pieces, and I can't wait until it all comes together towards the end.
But now that I know about this site I'll be able to start an ARG from the beginning the next time a new one comes up (I just hope I have the stamina for it )

Same here! Excepts for the math part... I'm pretty good at that. But, I prefer the wild spec, because generally I get trouted, and also, I can tend to ramble over and over and over, and make really long posts, when I feel like it, and forget one single fact that nulls my entire argument! ^_^

I can't believe how often I come here to just kill 10 minutes or so and end up leaving 2 or more hours later. This is very interesting. I don't have any really good ideas to add yet. There's one I'm nursing, though, but I figure it's probably been mentioned already and it would be something that would be as tough to search for as it woud be to find by reading every thread :/

I wonder if anyone has told Tycho about this forum? If he is updating PA with Dana's Blog updates, he is deep enough into the game to appreciate a source of information as in depth as this forum is. Someone should email him about it.

PA mentions Wiki --> Wiki gets overloaded and goes down.
PA mentions unforum --> maybe not the best idea.

I'm in the group of halo fans that stumbled into this world of ARG, and have quickly grown to love it. Initially, I was curious about ilovebees strictly because of its relation to halo2, as I have played halo literally every day since it came out. Thus, when a strange website appeared in the trailer for halo2, it obviously drew me in. Now, I have been following this game ever since, reading these forums, watching the wiki, and keeping tabs on the ilovebees site. I must say that this is a very exciting and new type of gaming experience for me, and I have been enjoying it very much thus far.... I just can't wait until the 24th when hopefully the game will "begin"...
