I saw that, but it's probably just woodgrain.

I closed in on it and I was sure I could see certain letters; what I cut and attached here didn't show up so well. Anyone else whose opened the pic on their own PC/MAC/w/e lol; scram right in on zoom and look step by step.

Just fired off another email to our Hawk.

Quote:
Andi,

Wow sounds like drama mate! Good luck on getting to Cornwall, maybe taking a bit of a breather aint such a bad idea.

I've never been upclose with an Epiphone before as much as I'd love to... And I'm not specialist hah! But when you say specialist do you mean like an extremely avid guitar player, avid Gibson fanatic; what? I would love to get inside that piece of work...

Why is the time not allowing you to afford the Epiphone though? Long hours, not enough money or something along those lines?

Anyway... You've got just over half-hour until you scoot off; take care and keep your chin up!

Re: Dashboard.rar
suggestion

The "gibberish" produced when using *Tempus Fujit* as a PW for the Dashboard.rar file doesn't look like corruption to me. There's a clear pattern to the output, and the file only responds to that specific PW.

Edited: Oh, and about the guitar -- do you think it's just coincidence that in his email to Leyton, Andi kept misspelling Epiphone as *Epihone*?

this is true!! is it possible its another keyboard language???? I hate to say it but indian maybe??

Im looking into the misspelling and dan from andys post

Cowgirled up while stuck in traffic. Made a costly mobile email telling AT to take safeguards for himself and his info. Got this:
Quote:
Oh Jesus.

I...feel sick...have done since 10ish...

I knew it. I spoke to my collegue, Martin, about it. He worked specifically with the two from the
beginning of the project.

HR confirmed only the first name of who I believe to be the one with the dark hair, his name was Dan.

I'm calling it quits. Right now. I don't know how much I can say. Although I received a death threat this morning, so does it really matter how much depth I go into?

Over the last few days, I have been exchanging emails with a chap named 'Leyton', who I believe to be both genuine and local to myself. He seems like a decent guy, so I sent him a response to a message he fired off to me late last night. It contains an attachment.

I'm going to take my leave and move off to Cornwall for a few days, let this cool down...

Once 'Leyton' has established his acknowledgement of my Guitar...I'll send him some files. I think he can help. This needs somebody from outside the situation.

I'm finishing up until this evening, going to get the more important allocated tasks done...then I'm gone.

Regards,

- Andi

NICE WORK!!!

Okay shit so now I'm a goddamn double agent...

Recruit 37 and Andy's most loyal outside friend in all of this >.<

I REALLY hope this is just an ARG now lmao

Sidenote: "Recruit 37" Reminds me of the Participants in "Project Ophiuchus"...

Okay so I REALLY need to understand Andi's guitar guys... It's obviously important to the continuation

It just looks like the place where the strings attach to me, but I'm no guitar specialist.

googling epihone just gave me more pictures of guitars.

Does it maybe mean something in a different language?

No, I think it's just a common typo. but one of the pictures in the image search was a black one kind of like the picture. I don't know if it's a gibson though.

GOT IT!!!

You have to OPEN The file with WinRAR!

Quote:
Yes! A nice touch of Bude. The waves will probably be terrifying...

The thing about this Gibson in particular, is that in order to open it, you don't necessarily need be a specialist. You just need to have the right tools for the job.

There might be others who are interested in opening this Guitar too...so...I suppose you can open a guitar using a saw? A hammer? Maybe even some form of Roshal extractor?

The hours don't help too I suppose...being in here nearly everyday, especially after the attack...you just can't escape. But they owed me some leave. Think that cute brunette in HR may have a thing for me. Wink

Regards,

- Andi

Reveals "Secret.txt"

Quote:
Hopefully you managed to reveal this file...

I had to encrypt it. I KNOW they're watching me.

I'm watching them.

Please do not send me anymore emails warning me.

As they'll know you're helping me.

I'll keep in touch.

- Andy .T.

Edit: Fired off final email for now, titled "DUDE!!!!".

Quote:
Andy,

You know what? I just had an "Epiphone" my friend... I LOVE THE GUITAR!! Asked someone about it and he told me all about the inside of that baby! Absolutely amazing, eh?

And you know, while you're headed where you're going I think I'm going to go trade in my Fender for one of those!!

Oh and as for the cute brunette... Ask if she wants to come along? Haha Wink

Take care mate; hope to chat to you soon,

-L.S

Even if you have the answer Cog, clearing some stuff up!

The dashboard rar archive is still not opened, though the Gibson.jpg can be opened with WinRAR which leads to secret.txt.

dashboard clue?

opened it in UnRarX and hit the "test" button. Got this:

Enter password (will not be echoed) for the_dashboard.rar:

Is "will not be echoed" a clue to the password? Hope this helps
