That could well be dposse. If only the cops had access to the Mayor before he was murdered, one of them facilitated the murder either intentionally or by accident. So securing their internal communications for this investigation is wise.

Waitress, nice find on Anita's blog! So she didn't take the bus to school that day but walked instead. And her dad is not aware of that. I think he needs to be told in order to protect all of them. What do you guys think?

ETA: In response to my question about how much time passed between putting the kids on the bus and the sirens, Tomas wrote:

Thanks for your input Luns. I'm concerned about them being in danger due to the hangup calls. Personally, I believe that if someone's health or well being is in jeopardy one cannot be held to a promise. Right now, the entire family is in extreme danger due to what she saw.

Props @waitress and naha, Lu, not useless, maybe as I sorta agree. Laughing

My 2cents is that we should first try to persuade her to tell Tomas herself stressing that she may be putting her entire family more in danger by her silence while giving her a short time window and urging her to act like a loving daughter and an almost-adult.

Personally wouldn't use the TINAG tip line if there is a "rat" there. All just imo and can't spec about the hangup calls.
