When asked about lopez's story:

Yes that is the meat and potatoes of his statement. It was just in the WAY he said it that makes me think he is keeping something back. Maybe something he suspects but isn't sure of. Thats why I thought this would be a good use of the group mind. Perhaps you can get him to say something he is thinking that he would never tell the police.

When asked about Tomas's job and financial standing:

Tomas is a senior manager with a successful company. When they moved in to that house it was one of the most up and coming ares of Portland. Why he has remained where he is is a mystery even to me. I would have moved long ago.

Tomas responded to the questioning like some one who didn't want to be there but answered the questions truthfully. He just didn't volunteer anything else. Most guilty people will either answer nothing at all or fall over them selves trying to appear helpful. His reaction was unusual. Of course this is what I inferred from the transcript.

 		Ok after doing a little bit of brainstorming on the chat web site.. A few of us came up with a solid lead...

We believe that the reason The D saw nothing on the tape that was at the hospital is because The cops "guarding" the mayor are the very same ones that commited the murder.. we need D to tell us the names of the cops on duty that night.. If they are consistent with the ID'ed cops from Anita, then case closed!!!

 		Yes and if we also have the body of the mayor we can trace the bullets used to kill him to guns that were carried by the police officers that killed him.

Or shell casings..

Only problem being, if (as Anita claims) LEO's did in fact commit the crime, they wouldn't leave the casings or the bullets.. unless they destroyed the barrel fingerprint, which could still be matched.

 		Hate posting after myself.. but something sort of weird stuck in my mind after reading Anita's responses to her WP site comments..

I know this will probably be considered an OOG oversight, but I can't get over the fact that EVRYONE was both spelled incorrectly and capitalized. Could be nothing, or even an intentional red herring, but in the off chance that it means something to someone I figured I'd toss out this little catch.
