Ok I am doing a quick review to get any new and interested victims caught up.

There was a murder of a police officer and the mayor. The tomas family lives in the same area that the murders happend. Anita is the daughter and she is the only witness so far. She has IDed the perps as 2 cops. Miles and Davis. She has a blog that she writes to as kind of a diary. She will onky talk about the events through that blog.

The mayor was shot at the initial scene but later died at the hospital under sketchy circumstances. The police reviewed the "security tape" at the hospital but said everything looked fine. After more research, they did find out that the tape had been tampered with. They learned about Miles being a dirty cop and he was taken into custody and died either of murder or suicide. The wiki should house all of the different blogs that the characters post to so you can stay up to date with any new updates..

Suspecting there's a money trail/insider info behind the house vacancies and the Mayor coming to Anita's neighbourhood "with a suitcase" I asked D yesterday to check the sale deeds. His reply:

amandel, it sounds like your earlier Miles+Davis jazzy connection was right on target so to speak now that we've gotten "Jazzman Holdings Inc." from The Detective. Well done on your email and your thoughtful response to Anita. I think I'm going to take another stab at encouraging Tomas to get a lawyer.

When we first saw Anita's comment that her friend Christy was moving away and that "...her new house has a pool and a horse barn," I did wonder if some neighbors was being paid off to leave.
