Yeah, MGP primarily used his knuckles when he put his front hands down, gorilla like. The scene where MGP nearly 'steps' on Rob and Co. just before they duck into the subway gives a good clear shot.

Didn't pay attention to his hind feet tho.

I saw in the pics that the knuckles were jointed, can you ball his hands back and position him correctly? (ie, the error is with thier photographers not knowing the correct position, and not the model?)

Knuckle-walking

Yes, you can position him so that he walks on his knuckles. If you look closely at it, it'll look a bit bizarre because he was designed to have them facing forward, but from a little bit back it looks pretty awesome having him on his knuckles.

Hello everyone, it has been a long time.

I just received my MGP toy in the mail. He is pretty sweet however the joints are very stiff. It almost feels like you are going to break something when you try to articulate his joints. I am a little scared to do so seeing how I paid so much for him. The parasites are stored in the head and are extremely small. The box was even pretty cool but my box was crushed on the corner/edge.

Just looking at him brings back the good old days. You know, it would have been cool if there was a clue in the packaging.

The Hasbro Experience

What a nightmare this has been. I ordered this back in October, and was given a ship date of 12/13.

I contacted them on 12/10 and asked if I would receive it in time for Christmas. They gave me the "standard shipping time is 7-10 business days", which really didn't answer my question.

I asked them to cancel the order; their response was that it was too late as it had already "entered the shipping process". Which to me seemed like a good thing.

12/17 rolls around - my items still shows an expected ship date of 12/13 and a status of "not shipped". I called them and was told that they were behind in updating their system, but it had "probably shipped". She could not tell me when it shipped, she could not tell me where it was.

I sent another email and they notified me that my item had not yet shipped; so I asked again to cancel it. And they again tell me it's too late to cancel as it's entered the shipping process. So apparently I can't cancel and they can't tell me when it will ship.

Lo and behold, the next day I receive a shipping notice. It shipped on 12/18 and would have arrived in time had we not had some weather issues.

The item came today and my son opened, and LOVED it! Then, he took it out of the packaging, and what happens? The FOOT BREAKS OFF!!!! This is a 16 year old kid who collects toys, so he knows how to treat them.

I am so disgusted with Hasbro and the incompetent way they handled this, as well as the poor quality of such an expensive toy. I want to return it and get a refund - I have contacted them.
