Make sure on Vigenere to include the whole of the encrypted message when decoding.
Try adding 3 characters of padding to the front of the string you used.

The name game video makes me think we need to find a name that rhymes with something, maybe Max because of the Get Smart video. I have been trying a lot of different things but no success yet.

Edit/Maxwell Smart was agent 86 but I haven't been able to get anywhere using that either.

It is from Startrek, the Tamarrian Language which uses only metaphor.
