 		Saturday's Turn
Ok, here's my turn from yesterday and the reply I got. Looks like we are all about to be one big happy family, assuming one of us can keep his laser eyes to himself...

My turn:

Turning around in a full circle I take in my environment. "Whoa, what a ride."

I walk cautiously towards the two travelers and addresses them as non-confrontationaly as possible, "Excuse me, could you tell me where we are? I'm a little lost..."


Response:

You walk toward your fellow travelers and address them. With a shock, you notice that one of them is dead. As you await an explanation, you hear something. From a nearby house, a light laughter rings out.

Then, as if by magic, the body on the ground rises up, healed and alive.

 		I'm really starting to think the PM of this game doesn't like me

Well what you wrote appears in MY picture frame so... I guess I got it? As I was revived. Technically I've also missed 2 go's so...

 		That's good. At least it didn't go to waste. I think I'll be taking my turn to get out of the house now. I can't really seem to find anything to help me out in here. Maybe I'll run into one of you out and about.

I think I can manage not to ignite any of the rest of you. Now that I know how to control them we should be ok.

My Saturday move didn't yield anything new. I got to watch Leyton rise from the dead and I believe FSURobbie met us in front of the church, and Hesor keeps shooting dirty looks at me. But we have a small team now in front of the church, so that seems like it is a good thing.

As for our purpose here in the village, does anyone else think that we may need to use the life beads to bring some of our ghost friends back to life? Or is there an even greater goal that we have not yet realized?

I can't wait to see what happens today.

I have to give it to the PM, s/he's keeping it interesting...

My response for today:

One traveler is falling over himself with apologies for the traveler who has apparently just risen from the dead. This is a bizarre scene, and you slowly back away.

You turn away from the strange scene and take a look around town. There are five homes scattered around in a semi-circle facing a graveyard at the far end. Just outside the semi-circle on the east is an old field. Within the semi-circle are the church and, to the west of the church, an old well. North of the church is a trail that leads to the graveyard in the distance. Just beyond the graveyard is a looming mansion.

You are about to make a decision about where to go when a ghost appears. He is a thin, gangly ghost, mostly transparent and sickly pale. He trembles as he addresses the three of you.

"Um, excuse me, but would one of you living travelers be willing to help me? I need someone with an adventurer's nature. The Governor mentioned that we have a traveling archeologist in our village. Would one of you be this traveler? I have a message for you…"

You nod that you are the archeologist he seeks, and he hands you a scroll that is locked in a porcelain tube. There are symbols on the tube. You look at the ghost for suggestions, but he shakes his head.

"I have no idea how to open the scroll."

The images carved into the tube are of three people, a horse, a whip, and a well.


This game is getting more fun by the minute, I love that the PM incorporated my character copyright infringement into the game... Very Happy

With one low groan that sounds like half insanity and half tears, the angry ghost bares his teeth. He is going to fight you. You have to think fast.

What will you do?

Crap. I'm of the mind to either run back in the house or write DISAPPEAR in the notebook and hope for the best.

Because you were killed by friendly fire, you may have one special makeup move today before leaving this area.


Okay first of all. I'm going to allow ifi to see the pictureframe before ghostie whostie appears... And the scroll is obviously showing Robbie, Ifi, myself and Hesor with the whip and a well? Possibly Rob's bucket?

Okay here goes.

Yeah, I'm definitely the whip and you are definitely the horse...so does that make Ifi the well? I figure our bucket and shovel do go together, but for what I have no clue...

Actually Robbie I own the whip and horse lol. There's three figures (You, Ifi and myself) - A whip and horse (Hesor and my whip) and a well (again assuming the bucket).
