Rotting it now. The body of the message appears to be in different code than the quoted bit, which is rot12.
Quoted bit is:

Natalie,
Sorry I got to you later than I probably should have... Things have been pretty hectic.
I accept and I see a colleague/friend of mine has already been involved with helping you out. Anything I can do at the minute, from this end?

I'm working on the cypher. So far...
v=m
t=r
That makes a few other words pop out. It also would mean that some vowels are in place and some are not. Only a few letters can stand alone. I and usually.
It is my belief that the first three words are From now on,

Got it! The code was vigenere...
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
The key was the first initials of the countries sitting around the table at the conference. That gives you...
From now on, all the most important messages I send you will be in code. Martin Bryce has agreed to help me. He is using classical cryptography in the hope that a computer will not pick it up as an established code.
Today, we received an anonymous letter:
"The.saftey.of.the.conference.has.been.jeperdised.more.when.I.can."
I'm getting worried.
Here is a link to a blog where I am documenting the events of the conference: www.ambassadorconferenceinfo.blogspot.com .It may seem like a simple reflection of the events of the conference, but I am sure you will be able to view it more deeply.

Preparation
Well, the conference we all have been preparing for kicks off in just one day.
We have sorted out the last of the technical details.
We are looking forward to hosting so many distinguished delegates.
Urgent arrival information is needed to make sure transportation details are finalised.
More than half of you have opted to stay a few extra days after the conference in Sydney.
Blog will be just one of many communication methods used throughout the conference.
Spot administrative assistants at anytime for new schedule updates.
Complete schedules will be available as soon as possible.

Greetings,
This confidence is strictly private.
Australia is hosting an ambassadorial meeting, the subject of which I am unable to disclose to you, at this point.
This meeting is strictly off the record. Not secret exactly, but certainly low profile.
Obviously, traditional security measures are in place. However, I am no longer confident that these will be enough.
Our systems technician, Martin Bryce, a former cryptographer, sent me the following message this morning:
20 16 13 5 20 20 1 8 3 5 18 2 25 20 9 18 21 3 5 19 - - - - - 20 1 5 2 12 9 6 5 3 1 18 20
I'm sure you can see why I felt the need for increased security.
I am contacting you because I have noticed your involvement in ARG community – which seems to be a problem solving group of considerable capabilities.
I need to know if I can use your services in attempting to secure this meeting.
If you decline, please delete this email, and mention my attempt to contact you to no one.
If you accept, please reply as soon as possible.
Thank you,
Whenever I saw that the cryptographer was named Martin Bryce, it made me think that this was part of PO2... But I don't think his last name was Bryce...Tell me if I am wrong
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Grr. Why does that look familar to me?
Anyway I will follow along and help out when I can.
