Hi Monkeyman--was also on the mailing list along with lotsa familiar email addresses. Have a little question. All the subtext on my page is in Dutch which is odd as all my Google settings are English. Is yours Dutch also?
EDIT:Found one Moses Brashear at FB whose friends are all from the west coast USA. Maybe just a glitch on my end.

Hi all! Got the same mail & I was also wondering about the language. My version is mostly German, including '13 Tag(e) bis the change', so it's probably some Google-Site 'feature'.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to see what will happen in 13 days!

Just thought I'd let you all know, the phrase "see you later, space cowboy " comes from an anime called "Cowboy Bebop"--a live action film is going to be made soon in the U.S.
just in case this is an ARG promoting that movie here is a wiki link about Cowboy Bebop.

First, HOLY CRAP! They're making a live-action Cowboy Bebop! How did I not hear about this?! [/geek out]
That said, this doesn't really strike me as remotely similar to anything CB. Not that there haven't been campaigns that seemingly had nothing to do with what they were promoting, but still.
And just for the record, the timer on the site is referencing Saturday the 27th yeah?

If you were a "real" fan of Cowboy Bebop , you would know that making it live action cannot end well.

Bah, wrong inflection over the internet. I actually did mean that as a "WTF?! Are they stupid??". Not that I'm not going to watch Dragonball (the trailer is actually pretty nifty), but then again I was never a huge fan of that one.

I heard that they were releasing CBB LAM but I didn't know when. It would be interesting enough to see. I'll have to keep up with this. 10 days now.
