if you get it back down then the key chamber will pop open. When it does DONT turn the ramisis just tilt it forward and the chamber will fall out.

TIMER

if you are confussed about the timer, reread your instruction booklet. i advise you do this several times through your trails anyway. while we are all trying to solve the Ramisis, SW is keep track of how long it takes all of us. on 09/09/09 those of us that have the fastest times will receive a reward. a gold coin i think, but i'm not sure.

matt, keep going. You're on the right track when it gets hard to move the levels and use a cocktail stick the limit the rattle the key makes.

The Ramisis Puzzle
To Andrew Reeves Defence

Ok guys the puzzle is frustrating, its christmas, there are a lot of things that make us judge quickly. The Sonicwarp team is over worked. its a small operation trying to do work on a global scale. i would say that i have sent in nearly 100 e-mails to the company and Andrew responds to nearly all of them himself. and thats the general mailbox. from our side, we see that we paid $300 dollars for a puzzle thats having issues. that the company doesnt have time to help us. Look at it from Andrews side. He sacrificed his career to live his dream and now he has quite a few peoples lives and paychecks riding on his success. yes there has been a few error, but do realize that each one of those bothers us, pisses us off, but know that each and every time Andrew finds a problem with a puzzle or a item, it pains him in his heart. thats part of his dream that failed. the loves what he created. he loves us the players. he want to give us the best quality product possible. i assure you that all of your issues, if you just give Andrew and the SW team until the begining of next year, will resolve all of your issues.

Not only that, but we've seen past examples of companies who have tried to run projects or campaigns that 'trust' the public not to share solutions and haven't been able to maintain the business. Selling a product the success of which is riding on the ability for secrets to stay secret in the public is destined for failure. A company can't muzzle the public or the internet. A solution's secrecy is guaranteed to end at some point in a puzzle's existence. It's an inevitability with the nature of the internet. Best of luck to Isis Adventure, but we don't censor puzzle solving content here under any circumstances, whether the original product is purchased or not.
