 		At what point in the sound file did you find the audio with the numbers? There are definitely a number of places that the audio sounds strange. The 5x5 grid wont do anything for the numbers from the audio as they go above 5.

The whole thing sounds like it was recorded with a mic up to a speaker, so that's part of the weirdness. The numbers are at about 30 seconds in, but played at 300% faster or so. I didn't see anything else hidden in there. I think all other bizarre noises can be attributed to the person moving the mic around.

 		the numbers last about 1 second atound the 31second mark in the WAV.

After doing some tweaking myself, most sound right, but a couple are hard to distinguish... what I hear:

25 26 121 4 136 135 80 81 113

or in pure words:

"twenty five twenty six one hundred and twenty one four one hundred and thirty six one hundred and (as if starting a new sentence) thirty f(riday?) --ty eighty one one hundred and thirteen"

'friday' could just be a slightly buggered 'five eighty' for the 135-80 numbers.

 		I got my ear at the numbers myself. I think the last number is 118, not 113.

 		It would seem to me that this is not a simple substitution cipher as the numbers, even if re-ordered/re-grouped at well above 26. The one thing that occurred to me from thebruce writing it out was that the "one hundreds" seem pretty evenly spaced out, perhaps they are line breaks?

So, I'm guessing that's not Martin Bryce's address....I'd expect him to know how to decode his own encryption method after all. I'm totally confused now. I've sent the theory that it's the delegate from Chile that's in danger to Natalie.
