Yes, there is a countdown timer on the site that will run out tomorrow morning. There are also coordinates on the links page that correspond to locations in the U.S.

It's thought that when the timer runs out, the "axons" will go "hot" and something will happen at those locales.

you know...i just realized what happened here. I run Mozilla Firefox on my PC at home...when i checked the site (with IE) at my school it showed the timer. Apparently i cant see it if im on Mozilla...sorry about that!
