Interesting. "May pass by the dagger's hidden location".
I looked around, there was nothing about that * elsewhere on the page.

We are pleased to announce that Mystery Adventures Las Vegas will be conducting a specially designed Quest Mystery™ Adventure Tour.

A 14 passenger bus limits capacity, so book your reservations now.

The next tour date is Sunday, September 21st.

Tour Price $45 per person

The Tour Guide will provide a colorful narrative of important Vegas historic crime trivia. Other surprises await! Who knows? The tour van may pass by the dagger's hidden location and suddenly the answer will be revealed to you by what you've seen.*

For Questors, this is the perfect opportunity to see Las Vegas as Author Grogan envisioned his plot and his thinking in mapping out the intrigue. It is our hope that if these first three tours are successful more Quest Mystery™ Adventure Tours might follow.

Yeah I noticed that too. I'm sure it is a disclaimer that the location will not be given away or something like that.

I guess i'll see next weekend.

Treasure

I took a look at your site. Its really awe-inspiring. The treasure hunt is really a brainy game. I think the book perhap[s would help the spy agencies to reveal a lot of factors. Thanks a lot for giviong a fruitful path.

It's not my site, i'm trying to find the dagger along with everyone else.

I do want books sold as the author will release a major clue when 400 more books are sold.

The 2nd printing of the book is out with some corrections and a new website.

Only 400 books left (down from 2500) to get the clue from the author.

Let's buy some books. I picked up a copy of the 2nd edition.

Sorry for bumping an old thread, but it needs closure. No one ever did find the dagger, so the author revealed the solution back in 2010.

Quote:
Stephen Grogan is author of Vegas Die and [was] the only who knows the solution to this puzzle, until now. He led us to the intersection of Escondido and Flamingo.

"One of the characters in the book, near the end of the book says, 'On to your next job, which is east of Escondido'," said Grogan.

The clues lead to the Clark County Library, where a sign outside says, "May peace prevail on earth," a quote found within the book History of Art.

Grogan hid the jackpot in an art book -- not a real dagger, but a bookmark on a page showing a painting depicting a dagger death.

"That's where the dagger is and it's been there for two years and people have been looking all over the place. Clues everywhere," he said.

In the end, the prize was a $25,000 bookmark hidden in a book at public library.

His follow-up quest was active for at least a few years, but appears to have stalled? (Maybe there's more, if you want to travel to Hawaii).
