I am not even sure what image to look for, I don't want to sound rude about this, but it is difficult to go on a search for a drop when you don't know where to go or what to do. I've done that before and not found anything because I didn't really know what to look for. I have an injured foot and I'm walking with a cane so wandering around looking for something isn't appealing to me. I will help you if I can, though, so don't worry about asking. Just please please be specific about what I should do, where to look and what I might find.
OR....maybe someone else can look for this? If noone else can do this, then a player can PM me here and explain what to do. I can go late tomorrow afternoon. I won't be around until later tonight.
Well, Rose, let's look at everything they have given us so far.
They said "Help is Next to the Elephant. ". That means you're not going to the Empire State building ("the world's most famous white elephant"), but rather next to it. What businesses are on either side of the Empire State building? Are there any that the Latin quote could fit in?

I got one too, so I'm in. NYC is a bit of a long jog, so I don't think I can make the drop.

Okay so we need to pick a 'code' up, in London...
By the London Eye? If we can get a more elaborate description of what the code 'looks like' and how I'll be finding it. I'll go do it tomorrow/Wednesday most definitely.
Edit: Btw how are you guys getting the extra info? I got the initial trailhead email but are you conversing w/ John Stander? If so, what about?
Thanks.

Wish I was in New York If I could be in New York, I'd grab this one, but I can't.
But I think there are a couple of problems with what's been said. First, I don't think the Elephant has anything to do with the "White Elephant" of the Empire State Building. The elephant mentioned needs to be more specific. Whoever is in New York needs to go to as close to the coordinates given and then search for an elephant there.
Near that elephant will be something they can use, but to use it they will need another code which much be collected from the London coordinates. It is possible that the London code won't make any sense without having first been to the New York elephant, but I don't think the two items need to be "together" (that'd be too mean), just the information has to be passed between the New Yorker and the Londoner, and probably both ways. In other words, it is possible that the Londoner won't be able to find or get whant they need if the New Yorker hasn't found the Elephant first.
Please correct me if I'm in any way wrong. Good luck to whoever makes the visit in New York (doesn't anyone have a cousin or uncle or ex-boyfriend in New York they can convince to make the trip the the Empire State?).

This sounds pretty cool. I'm in the UK, can't get down to London right now, but if there's ever anything in Manchester/somewhere else in the north of England then I'll definitely have a hunt.

First E-mail from John Stander I just got my first e-mail from John Stander. No note. No picture. Just a subject with a quote from Richard the 3rd:
Dispatch; the limit of your lives is out
It is spoken by Ratcliffe in ACT III.3 directly after where Vaughn says "You live that shall cry woe for this after." which I believe has been mentioned before.

This is pretty much what I'm wondering... I don't want to head to the LDN Co'ords without knowing I'll definitely find something there, before the NY pickup you know?

@Leyton>> What I'm getting is that there are two drops, one in NY, one in London. We'll need both to make sense of the message. The NY drop is detailed, as much as we know, in the first post of the thread. All else is SPEC. The London drop is detailed, as much as we know, in the first post on page two. Ditto. I think for the London drop you would look for the poster at the coordinates listed. The NY drop says help is next to the elephant. That's a bit more of a crap shoot IMO. So, I think both drops are in place. A least that's how I read it...

Do you think the drop's ready or not? LOL that was all I was asking, okay cool - I'll take that one then, only it'll have to be either very late tonight or early tomorrow as I've got Uni work to kick off yet again.
I'll take it though, definitely.

Ok, what's has me boggled is the "phase of norway" statement. Maybe one of the stores at that address is linked to Norway or is a Norwegian based company? Or a ling shot: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Order_of_the_Elephant
The king of norway is in the order... but I don't know what that would have to do with this building in NY...

Well, the the Coords put this close to the southern tip of Greenland. We got anybody in Greenland that feels like taking a hike? LoL...
I don't know if we're really on the right track with having people going out to the locations given in New York and London. How did the PM's even know that we would've had anybody following this game from New York and London. Seems like a rather large gamble.
Could it be that we're considering these clues a little too literally and that there's another way to find the information without being there in person? I'm not saying I know a way, but I'm positing this theory so it's out there because it seems like nobody else has really brought it up (that I've noticed).
If we do physically have to be there... maybe we should ask ourselves is this interesting enough to commit, because it seems like there's going to be a lot more locations and coords. involved before this game is through. How much is too much before tossing in the towel and saying "more trouble than it's worth"
Well, that's my little rant. Hope you all enjoyed

What seems odd, it looks like a picture of the Sydney Opera House with a satellite on it. It likely is something completely different but I can't think of any other buildings that look like that.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sydney_Opera_House
Edit: Oh and the NY and London locations can be viewed by street in Google maps. I don't know if this is helpful, relevant, or if it isn't just stating the obvious but I'm wondering if that has what we're looking for?

The NY streetview is so blurry though. I find it hard to make out much of anything there.
