So I guess we need to see what we can find here .
Good job! I couldn't get anything out of it, but all I really tried was the levels and channels, never thought of the dodge tool. Good find man!

d'oh, I've been working with the human/roach image...
after playing around with the manifest, I don't think it's visible at all in the lower resolution version. I couldn't get the words to appear at all.

You'll get another shot, there are three images over at PMI that need the same treatment...

Be sure and send the information you found to Jeffrey. I'm curious if he knows the name "Dr. Harold Filkenheimer".

Good point, did you send it to Jeff Snorkle?

So I sent an email to Jeffrey earlier explaining what snorkle found in the PMI document. He asked me if I contacted Dr. Filkenheimer, I told him I didn't know how, but noticed the weird comment on his blog from "FilkYourself". Since you have to post an email address I thought maybe that was a good place to start. Apparently I was wrong...

Ahh that jerk. He left his email address as "lsdjfosjfd@osjdsdjf.LOL"
I'm thinking that's a dead end.
Maybe there's another way somewhere/somehow to contact him? I am not an expert on these things. I'm a journalist not some fancy fact finder/investigator person!

There is one Harold Filkenheimer on FaceBook to whom I sent a short message.

Nice find. I don't have a FB account so please be sure and post all the relevant information. Thanks. Oh and let Jeffrey know what you found too.

This is Dr. Dr. Filkenheimer's reply:
Quote:
Though I have done work in Indonesia tracking the behavioral patterns of lower atmospheric disruptions caused by piloted craft, my name is Dr. Filkenheimer. Perhaps you've mistaken me for another?
While this does appear IG or an amazing coincidence I believe I should ask his permission before giving his ctc info to TopSecret. Or maybe fish for more details? I'll proceed only after getting some cluey advice from y'all.
