Yeah just thought some more, but maybe shes an escaped Spartan? Her dad found out about her clone and got her back, which is why he and Jan have new identities?

 		it seems to me like jan is either escaping the interrogation, or this is how she got caught, but it seems like "one beer lead to another" wouldnt require MPs, but maybe the dare would. i dont know, it just seems to big to be about the little drinking and dare interrogation. i think its related, but not what lead up to the interrogation. if anything, i think the interrogator will find out something big about jan or her dad, and then they need to escape, but i think its something other than that, it just seems like if there is any relation, thats it.

PS, can i register for this forum?

1) he's a computer program... i don't think there's really any 'travel' involved

2) he's a Covenant or ONI spy AI, and clearly Jan is much more than she seems (special special ops lingo, can jump off a 3 story building? definitely a good person to collect info on

 		Yeah if this really is set in the future, then she could be a SPARTAN (perhaps even Kelly, who was sent on a 'secret mission' at the end of First Strike) Or it could be farther in the future, and maybe even a daughter of a SPARTAN. Imagine that. SPARTAN babies.

she is prolly a spartan.. this isnt the arrest... this seems to be like a cloning faciltiy or something where they train them...

what does "shes tree'd" mean?

'Treed' means you have someone up a tree, as in trapped.

That could be possible if the operator has been sent back to a time just before the discovery of the covenant which judging by the book would make a current age spartan about 17 and would explain why people like aidan are making money in human trafficking. After all, theres no mention of covenant so far but then again....

 		2 things are clear:

-its a training facility or military of some sort (the guards, the alarms, the fence)

-and the guy frank LIKEs "mrs.james"... they were prolly together in some way.. maybe they trained her, and hes an instructor of some kind?
