Also, on the 39c website, you can read chap 1and2 of tst and mcintyre has turned weird!?!? Link it to the transcript from ing tape and I think mcintyre and grace was a madrigal!!?!

Or is this all a Red Herring Stroopwafel ???

Mcintyre isn't mentioned in the first 2 chapters of tst. also what do you mean ing tape do you mean the audio tape transcript because the audio for tst hasn't been released yet. has it?

Amy and Dan get into Alistair Oh's car and he says "hello me elusive relatives" not mcintyre.

I'm sorry but I have to vent!

If 39 Clues does not assist me in this technical difficulty issue...I will be leaving the game. Today, none of my keys work in SC! I am so upset that they cannot answer my questions! I have spent quite a few dollars on this game/promotion! How Disappointing!!!! Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad

Hey

Do you think that maybe there is a pattern between the optional codes? (Like 418)

Which number keys are you using on the keyboard: the ones beside the arrows keys or the ones above the alphabets?

This question brings a thought to mind.

FLgata, have you tried turning number lock on/off (whatever is the opposite of what it normally is when you're on the 39 Clues site)?

This is exactly why I asked my question. If you are using the number keys whick are beside the arrow keys, try toggling 'num lock' between on and off. Then try using them FLgata! Very Happy

Thanks

Thank you for the suggestions. I had the number lock key turned on, so I did turn it off and now my #1 and #2 keys at the top of the keyboard work, but not my #3 and #4. Sad With the number lock on or off, none of my side numbered keys work. I do appreciate everyone trying to help me in this matter. Thanks!

mine wouldn't do anything with the number pad either. But the keys at the top row worked (kind of) for me. I just couldn't work the numbers fast enough.

Don't use the number pad, use the keys above the alphabets. They should work, and it will be easier to play with those keys

It definitely sounds like a problem with your specific computer. If no one else is reporting this problem, then it may be your keyboard (do you have any issue actually typing the numbers 3 & 4 in a text editor?). In an earlier post you indicated that the 3 & 4 were already lit up, which would indicate that the computer thinks those keys are being pressed already...hmmm. I doubt tech support will be able to help you at all--it is highly unlikely that there is a problem with the Flash game itself as it works for everyone else. Best thing to do is try another computer that has the latest Flash player installed.
