The 3d glasses (or at least a new batch) showed up again at my local Safeway!! Got a couple of pairs for me and the gf and we will be glued to the big screen come super bowl time! Smile

If the 3D glasses are out there, better get them fast. The Today show was just talking about 3D Super Bowl commercials as well as the Monday night episode of Chuck, and telling peeps to get the glasses at their local grocery store.

Well the ad will most undoubtedly be available online after the game from a number of sources, including most probably the SI and CNN main sites, and even possibly sites like IGN; that's where I usually see them.

ETA: AdWeek's already ahead of the game with some trailers and commercials up...

Finally found my glasses! So, I know the Super Bowl is today but the city of Augusta is fairly uninterested in the glasses as I've seen two displays FULL of them, so if anyone wants a pair or twenty anyways, just let me know...

I finally got mine. The only reason that the one CVS still had them though is because they were only giving them out if you purchased a 2 liter or a 12 pack of Pepsi. Evil or Very Mad

WOW, the 3-D was actually pretty sweet. A nice bonus was that the movie actually looked good too.

Don't get me wrong, I'm still geeking out over Snake Eyes more, but hey, Dreamworks is going to get my money too.

Well, the 3D is cool, but really seems like a step backwards to me. I remember going to Disney a very long time ago and they had gray lensed glasses that made AMAZING 3D and didn't have any loss of quality. With these glasses, the image seemed much darker and pure whites had blue color overtones. Anyone else's views?
