sorry ment to type this in the starting box. I've just noticed something weird about two of the caracters of this game. has anyone noticed that TERRY NANNY and VOLTAIRE have the same power levels. i thought this was just a weird similarity they had until i remembered the end of the tourist video where TERRY shot out what looked like a laser beam. this has gotten me to think, are TERRY NANNY and VOLTAIRE the SAME PERSON, comments would be nice.

Is there somewhere that it was confirmed they were the same powerlevel? I only see Mike Russo's comment saying that they're both at least powerlevel 20. I don't see why Terry being able to shoot some kind of special attack means that him and Voltaire are the same person; odds are it's just something anyone powerful enough can do (though I don't recall anything showing Voltaire being capable of firing an attack, either).

Mars Madison seems to either have, or will meet Voltaire at some point, going by page 41 of the hand book, since she is a machinist, if I remember right:
