Here's a clip of the entire interrogation--the flow seems to be pretty seamless once it's put together:

Anybody else think that beer.wav ties "Kamal" and Jersey together? If I'm hearing what I think I'm hearing, Jersey returns from a flopped date with Jan just as Hiro is about to leave. Which leads perfectly into Jan's NEXT dinner date where she's talking to "Kamal" about mothers, ghosting, Aidan, etc. Seems like Hiro/Kamal and Jersey are roomies or at least friends. Or am I losing my grip?

Whoa, this is getting crazy. I got home from the 11:05 in Phoenix a few minutes ago (12 people showed up and we never received a single call from Melissa) and I just got finished listening to the message_saved sound clip. The weird part is that about 20 minutes before the other 11 people arrived I was standing by the payphone by myself when I got a call from somebody (not a recording, but an actual person) asking if someone was there who had the last name Jefferson (I don't recall the first name, but it did sound similar to Selene).

Could this mean something, or was it just some crazy coincidence?

Like, she'll ask HERSELF a question then answer it, giving a true answer, but not to the question BEFORE that

Example:

Did you know the car was stolen?
Jan: was he a terrorist? Err, I mean, no,.

Comes back as truthful, but tricked

Clever! Good observation! Very Happy

I Agree! I wouldn't have noticed it....

I already posted this but it might fit better here.

Quote:
1. I haven't heard the .wav files yet but they seem from posts to be Mellissa's memories. Is it possible that some how these are situation
reports/telepathic vibes from the crew? Mellissa says that she is hearing
voices that she thinks belongs to them. Could these .wav files be her
stranded crew members and are we supposed to help her find them?

2. I think that the GPS activity will continue until all 200 or so
"go hot" even if we unlock all the .wav files first.

3. The 777 counter could be total axons/completed tasks that we must
achieve throughout the whole ARG. Someone mentioned that 777 is
supposed to have a biblical definition of completeness or fullness. Could
this be the real beginning of this ARG as some have speculated?
After we get all GPS axons could we have 550+ tasks to fullfill through
a variety of puzzles and methods?

GO!!

Transcript of Beer:

Spoiler (Rollover to View):

[tape rewind]
[door opens]
Hiro: Hey, buddy.
Kamal: Sorry about that.
Hiro: Better luck next time, my friend.
Kamal: Beer.
Hiro: I got a cold one waiting for ya. Pull up a couch and start drinking.
Kamal: A book, Hiroyuki?
Hiro: With references! Look, it's only one date. Who knows? In a year or two...
Kamal: Actually, I've got this other thing...
Hiro: What?
Kamal: Nothing...
Hiro: Oh! You have another date!
Kamal: Sorta.
Hiro: A blind date.
Kamal: Mostly.
Hiro: Aha! An arranged date. Set up by your mother back on Coral. Word of advice?
Kamal: No thanks.
Hiro: Choose a cheaper restaurant.
Kamal: (laughs)

Well in "Stupid Cop" dosen't the cop say, ...you know people know how to beat the test....

Sounds like he knows she is beating the test but can not do a damn thing about it. Thinking about it he sounds a little pissed about it, hence he is letting her go pending the rest of the tests, but dad does not sound too thrilled about the whole test part, clearly has something to hide makes you wonder what it is.

I think this also rules out her being the same person as the one on roof. Begining to sound like she was 'involved' in the excape but then again it does not sound like the excapee needed much help...

ok this keeps getting better and better....

And another:

Quote:
We need a list of all known crew members regardless of the reason:

We are the crew.
We need to help find the crew.
Mellissa is looking for them.
The names are the passwords or response to "shall I repeat or continue?"
[/i]she does say that after we say her name that she wants ours

Pick one.

Things are extremely slow and my PC is ancient. I can't research it with
things the way they are.
Plus I have to get to the next axon. I hope this time the phone rings.

Is the .wav open for the 5:31 slot and if so is a crew members name
mentioned in it? Please post it if so.

[SPEC]It's also worth noting that "777" is the Biblical number for completion/fullness. For all we know, "777" may not be a final number, but simply the end of this portion of the game, yeah?[/SPEC]

In "Hey Dad" when she says "Hey Dad" as he walks into the room, the interrogator says "There's a spike in the baseline" -- even though the "you're telling the truth" sound plays, it appears there's something fishy about her calling him Dad.

Actually, the sound it plays when she says "Hey Dad" is not the "truth" sound, it seems to be almost a "duress" sound. Listen again, there's three distinct sounds, a truth, false, and duress sound.

"You gonna be in trouble for this, Jan?"

"Yeah"

"Mom?"

"Dad." <duress sound>

...

"How old are you Jan?"

"17." <truth sound>

...

"So what were you doing up there?"

"I told the MPs I was lost." <false sound>
