 		Just to clarify, everyone who fills out name, email address and password, can sign in with them but, so far it doesn't mean much. What we need is someone to get hired and receive a madacorp employee number. I think that is what we are waiting for.

This is what I was talking about
A whois of www.zzyzx.org says that it belongs to a steven smith and the phone number reverse directory for the phone number that pops up from
www.zzyzzx.org:81 is from Fullerton, CA. (Zipcode 93632). Do you think this is Kylexy related?

Sorry if this had already been discused, I look but didnīt find anything.
I am trying to get into the Madacorp page... actually what use to be call "Our Jobs" options. And is not there any more...
Last year I got a user name and use the chat and all that, but my id is not working any more (or I dont remember it right).
Is there any way to get a job? or they are not "hireing" any more?

The show is or has just finished up the final 10 episodes for Season 2 (aka Season 2.5) and abc family announced last month that they've renewed it for a Season 3 already.
So not cancelled.

Season 2.5 is supposed to start airing in January 2008, but i don't know the official date.

abc family contracted a new company to manage the madacorp and latnoksociety websites, and they are just in a state of transition at the moment. so we can't log on to either madacorp.com or latnoksociety.org at the moment, but I'm expecting that it's only temporary.

 		Cool. I haven't been keeping up with this show for a while now. Anyhow, is there any way to restore my Cluetracker data if I lost it by formatting my computer? I don't feel like doing this for a third time. If anyone knows, PM me the answer or reply. By the way, when is season 3 beginning?

This is how I restored the data. maybe helps you.
Cluetracker stores the state of your progress in a file on your computer.

mine is stored in a path like this:
C:\Documents and Settings\WindowsUserName\Application Data\Macromedia\Flash Player\#SharedObjects\8B2HE9NM\a.media.abcfamily.go.com\abcfamily\Standalone\cluetracker\Site.swf\cluetrackeruseridkylegame.sol

although the file might be on the D: drive for some people.
easiest way to find the file is to search your computer for kylegame or *.sol files and back up the file.

When ABCfamily migrated to their new website back in November, they 'moved' the game to a new directory. It used to be located in
C:\Documents and Settings\WindowsUserName\Application Data\Macromedia\Flash Player\#SharedObjects\8B2HE9NM\abcfamily.go.com\shows\kylexy\cluetracker\Site.swf\
so when they moved it, cluetracker no longer knew my game progress.
But I went to the old directory and copied my *kylegame.sol file to the new location, and then cluetracker had my old status.

If you've actually gotten a new computer or lost your old data, then you'll have to copy the kylegame.sol file from someone, and put the file in the right location. I'll attach one I have, but I don't know if it's the most latest and greatest with all of the shards. It probably has most of the shards.
maybe this info will help some people. I have reason to believe cluetracker will updated again in coming months.

 		update on this show/game:
new episodes of Kyle XY have returned to ABC Family Monday's at 8pm.

Cluetracker hasn't been updated yet, but I have reason to believe it will be in coming months.

Instead the "game" appears to be continuing through the websites.

Thank you so much for this. I would never have figured that out. I will try and use this to get back my game progress as much as possible.

ABC Family has announced that Kyle XY has been cancelled. So, I highly doubt they will update the cluetracker ever again....=(
