First: I do not understand why this is under spoiler tag ... or was this some puzzle solution?
Second: Where did you get that from ... or was this some puzzle solution?

Would be nice in General when people would post the source if they have new information.

EDIT: You probably just searched for E.Y.E. on Flickr, right?

EDIT2: BTW. I think it was not mentioned, yet: The page "208.109.1.121" could also be reached with "http://www.eyeamhere.com" (Found by googling "E.Y.E. am coming")

Yes, I believe we are officially past the end of Chapter 0, and into Chapter 1, since we watched that video.

As far as the 'connect the dots' image, I think the fact that the caption is printed at the top and bottom (upside down) is a hint.

Unfortunately the sum of all dots is 35. So whether some dots belong to two lines or my theory is wrong.

Im curious whether or not its one continuous puzzle, or conversly a pattern of stars we're supposed to match up to the sky charts to his current location.

WHile im in no way sure of any of it, the "Can you find my matching location"kind of makes me curious.

Also, The "EYE am nearbye" video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NW5mjBm_6bM&feature=channel_page also sports the biohazzard symbol. Could it be a reference?

yeah, that's what I thought too. the "you will need it soon" could also imply that there's some more info coming on this.

Can anybody figure out what this sound is... I clean it up and reversed the sound. also I would like to point out that in the said video if you watch closely you can see the following phrases.

1 - I've my aim to hunt the shape

2- Exit Chapter 0 E.Y.E* (i don't know what E.Y.E stands for)

3- Enter Chapter 1 T.S.O (I strongly believe that TSO stands for The Secret Organization)
