 		[SPEC] New character/storyline?
Ok - The Scion. New Outpost member, has only posted in the New York Appreciation Thread in General Chatter. I have this niggling suspicion that he is IG.

Rationale:
1. Named himself/herself The Scion. Which is a strange tag.
2. Mysterious user avatar, possibly a code of some kind?

3. Tells a story remarkably similar to 'The Shadow Over Innsmouth' here (I smell deeeeep ooooooones).

So, if this pans out, then we have a Mother Hydra/Dagon story to play through.

 		I dunno... the whole Hydra/Dagon/Deep Ones topic that Lovecraft wrote about doesn't feel like it would fit with Eldritch Errors at all. Probably just someone else trying to make a new story to keep us occupied during the interlude.

 		I agree that this is going to be an episodic aside, not really progressing the story as we know it, but still part of EE. A reminder that there's more to the mythos than simply Nyar and the Body-snatchers.

Side note - Nyar and the Body-Snatchers would be a great 1950's-style surf-rock band name.

 		Yeah, this person sounds like they might either BE IG or are TRYING to be IG. I guess we'll see. Maybe we'll hear something in the chat?

Alright guys, an explanation for my rather hasty departure.

After i began looking into things around here, i began getting strange phone calls, people hanging up when i answered, odd sounds on the other end, and multiple people telling me "you should stop looking into this, something bad may happen". Anyhow, they got out and started approaching my house, and i knew i was in deep shit, that led to me posting that last message, grabbing my OS Bag (it doubles as a handy bag for spontaneous camping don't'cha know?) and went out the back door, through some woods, and bummed a ride from a friend of mine to the woods, where i have been camping for the past two days. (Thank the gods for the boy scouts eh?)

So, long story short, someone is extremely committed to keeping my nose out of whatever is going on around here.

 		i think this guy might be a false lead but maybe since we havent heard from him and if it's true he might be dead as in in game dead.0.0. just speculation but maybe he did need our help just saying got to be open to thing's
