It's a public key cryptography program. Evidently the casino guy uses it and is sorta asking us to contact him using it because of better security.

Slim to none, so far. I think he's IG, just like Esphahnian, but we're not far enough down the rabbit hole for the PM to be revealing who they really are yet.
