 		Ooh, Law Abiding gives some info, Jan did "beat" the test. I think this guy really is her father, and he says that there are some kinds of trouble that we can't get into; sounds as if they are different from other people, ne?

 		Yeah, but the Spartan James, that is his first name. Jan's father's last name is James. Could be a fake persona.

EDIT of course its a fake persona, what i meant is he could have switched his name around, and made up a fake first name.

Lol yeah but i was just saying how they aren't super special just ordinary special.


On the plus side, hearing more of jen's father in law abiding makes him sound more and more and more like the chief. In fact im gonna go boot up two betrayals, listen to the voice actor then come back and play sound again. BRB.

Edit: Nope I'm just sleep deprived and hearing things.

That's true. I still do not think she would be the master chief's daughter, however. That would be great if she were a spartan's daughter. more than 1 spartan in Halo 2 would be awesome!!!

"Jannisary" is special -- maybe she can jump from a 3-story building -- she has secrets "Dad" doesn't want revealed -- she beat the lie detector

"Dad" says "there are certain kinds of trouble we can't get in"

Here's a bone:

They are Covenant or Flood -- in human bodies -- that's why Dad didn't want the DNA-based testing -- that's why she can jump from that height ...

Would fit into Halo2 story line very nicely .... I think

She's asked why she was in the restricted area and why she was "up there". It's pretty vague (heck, he might not even mean "up there" literally- "What were you doing up in the restricted area?"). I agree it does sound like a connection, but as a logical progression of events that version doesn't make much sense to me.
(And it continues with the new law_abiding too; this just doesn't seem like as big a deal as jumping off roofs to evade government officials should be.)

nice point but a few things that mean i cant agree


1. Why would covenant need to go undercover on Earth, they'd just arrive en masse and blast people apart, it was their unyielding hierophant tactic.
The only real reason they'd go undercover would be to determine whether or not humanity was 'holy' in the prophet's words and even then I doubt they'd use subterfuge for it. They don't need to.

2. Why are they talking in english between themselves if they're covenant.

3. DNA testing could just reveal certain anomalies with the flash cloning replacement as much as it could that a covenant was 'hiding in human skin'
