I've got it!

Sorry for the double post (my bad), but I found something that may intrigue all of you and I didn't want to just add it to the previous post. I know I was both excited and extremely impressed with what I found. I found this by googling "from light to dark".

http://irenelpynn.com/

I wasn't sure if it was a massive coincidence or not, then I scrolled down and saw a familiar name on the bottom of the page. Seems someone we know designed the site.

My hat goes off to the PMs on this one. Now all of the creativity involved with these games makes so much sense. It seems that I need to do me some reading now.

ifihadahifi, I have to repeat myself: you are a genius! Worshippy
When I saw your first post, I started looking for a hidden HTML-page on the WhirlGo-site and on creepylunyinn.com, but I'd never have thought of asking Google... Will you tweet Creepy about it or is this, sort of, OOG?

The whole concept behind this is wonderful & I'll be doing some reading, too. Cool

Aw, thanks for the kind words Trillian! I too tried altering HTML lines to find something. When I googled it and found the book I thought I remembered that Irene was involved in Man of the People (She was Kate Callahan, if I'm not mistaken). Then when I saw that the page was designed by Funnel Productions I knew it was the right place. I did tweet Creepy earlier today and passed on the information via a Twitter PM. She responded with:

Quote:

creepylunyinn - Irene L. Pynn, eh? That name sounds familiar. Smile Enjoy. Be sure to let me know your thoughts. Thanks!

I can't wait to sit and read the book. I definitely want to know more about the two worlds after this game. I hope everyone had as much fun as I did with this. Hopefully there will be some form of post-game chat too.

Awesome find!

I just downloaded my copy and will look forward to reading it this weekend. I'm in for the next "chapter" too! Very Happy

It's been a blast getting to know all of you - I hope we can keep this group intact for the next one! (If this is the start of a new game?....)

EDIT: Just realized we are working WAY too hard! Check out the link at the top of the creepylunyinn page now.... It takes you right to the book!
I'm not sure if this is redundant, but for anyone that didn't notice - "creepy luny inn" is an anagram of "irene lucy pynn" (I assume lucy must be her middle name since the leftover letters are u,c and y)

We're mentioned in her blog, too... (aw, shucks...)

I'll be out of town at the in-laws, but I'll try to listen in if I can.

Did you have to pay by credit card or by Paypal? I couldn't find any note about how to pay and I don't want to register there without knowing in advance...

I just realized that this is the first ARG I played that had an actual conclusion. Smile Thanks all around for sharing the fun!

I paid by credit card - $5.95 for the pdf download as I recall. Paypal was an option too, though. Hope this helps!
