More Possible Mistakes in Book 3

On page 120, I think there are two discrepancies/mistakes.

The first one is:

Quote:
"Thank you, Mr. and Mrs Kabra," Dan said, looking closely at the parchment.

To my knowledge, Natalie is not married so it should be Miss Kabra, not Mrs.

Second one:

Quote:
He (Dan) placed the map gently on the ground and pulled a small Swiss Army knife from his pocket.

I was wondering where Dan got the Swiss Army knife when its not mentioned in any of the books.

He could be referring to their parents.

There's time in between the books that isn't entirely accounted for and it's always possible he was given it by Alistair when they were guests at his house. He also could have just taken it from wherever it had been lying around.

And I'm not saying these are the correct answers, I'm saying they could be; it's always a possibility that one author will create plot holes of some kind with this type of endeavor.

You already did make today better. But lets not get carried away and post just to post. And also lets not post off topic anymore.

Um... I think Dan was teasing Amy and Ian. I say this because it was them who spoke before Dan.

I don't know if this is a mistake, but some people have said Lilya's dad's name is Igor, but card #24 says his name is Vladimir. Maybe his name is Vladimir Igor Chernova.

Her mom is Vera Chernova.

Edit: Igor C. sent a letter on March 3rd to all the Ekaterina's. He mentioned being in NYC, and that if his daughter Lilya was there she would have to buy diamonds. It is signed "-- Igor".

This is not a mistake. Lilya's dad's name is Vladimir; Igor is merely the codename appointed to him by the Ekat leadership

Hold on. I thought the Holts were the ones to burn down Grace's mansion and it wasnt an accident but an intentional act. And does "they" mean the Holts?

Yup.
In the tomas archives, like in others, the Holts post their report on Grace Cahill's funeral. Eisenhower states that Hamilton accidently started the fire. But the MoB makes it look intentional.
